Stayed at Royal Plaza on Scotts for my wife’s birthday and it was another pleasant experience. We were greeted with a colourful cupcake at the counter — a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The room was cozy as always, since we’ve stayed here many times. Didn’t manage to get an upgrade this round (they did mention it’s subject to availability), so just unlucky I guess. The highlight of the stay was definitely the food — both Hi-Tea and breakfast were fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious, and we ended up eating so much because it was all too good to resist. Already looking forward to our next visit!

It's a perfect stay because the hotel is right in the centre of Singapore, opposite Ion Orchard 😍😍 All the amenities were made available easily upon request and the staff were very thoughtful ☺️ I will definitely comeback to stay again whenever I have the chance 🥰🥰

We felt welcome the moment we checked in, and the staff were very polite and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, and had big comfortable beds — no problems at all. The hotel is strategically located and easy to access anywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Singapore.

寶藏酒店，就在烏節路的中心點上，走三分鐘到地鐵、公交車站、IOI還有遠東百貨大樓，超級便利。早餐也很ok，服務很不錯。我們三個人住的行政套房，所以面積很大，感覺超好。以後到新加坡。還是會選擇住這裡。

還不錯的酒店，地理位置好！樓下就有公交車站。附近商場多，中餐多。酒店人員比較熱情，有時候會用印式英語跟你聊天。但是站在大門外的，不知道算不算門僮，比較冷漠不會帶你進去。一樓大堂一團一團的不知道是商務宴請還是旅遊團的，很熱鬧。 圖片忘記拍了，總體來説比較乾淨整潔的！沒有特別值得推薦的點也沒有需要避雷的。 酒店馬路對面那家椰子水Mr.coconut真的挺好喝的，味道很濃郁椰子肉Q彈我一天喝了兩杯。

入住酒店時有點晚，但前台接待卻熱情周到，而且能夠用中文交流，滿足我們對酒店的需求，房間設施齊全,訂的大雙床房，寬敞舒適，正好適合兩個人住。地理位置優越，酒店對面有喜歡的奶茶店，酒店門口就是公交站，旁邊有邵氏大廈，大廈下面就有地鐵站，交通非常便利👍👍

地理位置優越、位於繁華的烏節路中心,周邊都是商場和酒店，烏節路地鐵站步行5分鐘，吃飯逛街很方便。酒店大堂好看，床也很大。

Quiet and restful. So far, though stayed at 3rd floor, it was quiet. The swimming pool is rather small. Gym is just next to the pool.Convenient and central location to malls and mrt, especially at Orchard area. 20mins walk to Fort Canning. Educational tour but expect long queues if you wish to take Instagram-photo (popular well at Fort Canning). Easy to find cheap and good food near hotel,at basement (Food Republic). Starbuck coffee is just outside the hotel. Free parking is a plus for Staycation!

環境位置都不錯，房間也大面積裝修狀況良好，但是沒有浴缸。gym非常大，還有蘋果，檸檬水，設施齊全，還有個專業的體脂秤，泳池也不錯
