What I like: - good hotel and good hotel service - hotel room is clean overall and comes with snacks, coffee & drinks - both check in & check out is easy and fast - hotel room has hairdryer, security safe, toiletries, 3 towels (2 big, 1 small), bidet, aircon, fridge and roof garden What I dislike: - hotel location is too far away for me from Lavender MRT station (because my left foot swollen 2 months ago so need to walk about 15 to 30 minutes) - need to pay S$100 refundable deposit either in cash (return after check out) or credit card (return about 2 to 5 weeks) - hotel below is a bit noisy and not soundproof in room - hotel room and toilet is a bit too small - swimming pool depth is just 1 metre, no toilet in swimming pool area and no extra towels - hotel room has no chair, table is too small and only has 4 clothes hangers I may not come back to this hotelbecause can find other hotel in Lavender area so no hard feelings.

.해외숙소라 위생을 많이 걱정했는데 전혀 문제 없었고 이틀 머물렀는데 중간에 청소도 잘 해주셨습니다. 수건과 물,간식도 다시 채워주셨습니다 .온수가 빠르게 잘 나왔고 물 수압도 강해서 좋았습니다. .고층과 담배냄새가 없는방,수영장과 가까운방 요청했는데 모두 들어주셨고 방문을 여니 바로 수영장이 나왔습니다. 저희는 숙소에 머무는 시간이 짧았고, 수영장 이용시간이 정햐져 있어 많이 시끄럽지는 않았습니다. .직원분들도 모두 친절하셨고, 저희가 영어를 못해서 여러번 물었는데 끝까지 친절하게 안내해 주셨습니다.

Расположение супер, недалеко от метро и торговых центров, в пешей доступности от Марина бей, приветливый персонал, но номер отличался от фото, окно слишком маленькое, огромное разочарование -это график работы бассейна на крыше, жили 2 ночи и не поплавали, с 19 до 22

房間和床有點小，但整體乾淨衛生。房內惟一就是沒有椅子，想吃杯麵都要站著。可能真是因為房間太小，連一張椅子也放不下吧。 另外mini bar及雪櫃內的飲品每天都會補給，這點很好。

we booked 2 rooms, one was quite decent although extremely small for the price. However, the other room was an absolute disaster. The room smelled, and the door was not properly fixed. It seemed as if it used to be a storage room.k

Cleanliness 5/5 - Room was very clean. Location 4/5 - Good location but a little walk to the nearest MRT. Service 5/5 - Staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. Amenities 5/5 - Stay included basics like shampoo and shower gel but also toothbrushes and free mini bar snacks. Room has a fridge with free drinks in the fridge too.

這個酒店隔音超級無敵爛，凌晨三點多已經熟睡了，隔壁房的才回來開房間之後又再陽台一直説話直接被吵醒，超級生氣，半夜了還不能好好睡覺，房間和泳池和照片看的完全有差，泳池超級小又臟臟

The room was good, front desk was professional. Though the bathroom tiles were abit dusty and they gave me a smaller room than i expected because i was solo.

還不錯，很乾凈，推開陽台門就是泳池，孩子很喜歡，大廳還有免費的小餅乾，服務人員也很熱心，整體來説很好
