I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the poor hygiene standards. The room was dusty, with visible grime on the surfaces and a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was the worst part; the shower had mold in the corners, and there were stains on the towels that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, and I even found a hair on the pillow that clearly didn’t belong to me. It was evident that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff was incredibly annoying. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, they knocked several times early in the morning, waking me up unnecessarily. When they finally did come in to clean, they were loud and seemed to be rushing through the job, which likely contributed to the lack of cleanliness in the first place. I do not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness and your peace and quiet.

The app errored when we try to do the online check-in, twice the app logged itself out when we've already checked ourselves in. Although, MRT station is just in front of the hotel, many chinese and indian food available near us.
