卡爾蒙道拉德酒店 (The Daulat by Hotel Calmo)

第一次住這麼差的酒店，住了四個晚上，就連房間都不打掃，我問為什麼不打掃房間，需要打掃，才給我一個垃圾袋，讓我自己收拾垃圾，放在門外面，牆上螞蟻爬來爬去，被子和枕頭還有浴巾都發黑，天吶‼️怎麼會有這樣差的酒店存在呢？頁面有寫可以加床，預訂時候我也備註了，三個人需要加個單人床，結果就是把床放在你房間，能不能打開他們不管，如圖那樣，打不開，但是要收40新幣的加床費（這個錢我和訂房網站投訴訂房網站公司給我退了）

Hotel ubicado en la pequeña india, buen precio para estar en Singapur, metro cerca, no hubo ruidos en la noche. Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario.

Great place to stay at for a night or two!

I really like the receptionist. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want to shop in Bugis and Mustafa because it’s very near at the hotel.

前台一點兒笑面也沒有，就向誰欠他錢似的，然後樓上房間特別小，床單被套上面都是頭髮，好像上個人走，都沒換似的，枕頭很臭，説白了就是沒把住客當人看，一點都不誇張。

Super disappointed of my experience based on the reviews i read. Room was rundown, empty box found in toilet, toilet paper was not changed and used sanitary bag found in room. My stay was $84 and i checked in at 9pm only to be served by an unfriendly lady at the other hotel along the street (the check in counter was closed and i was not informed beforehand) Deposit of $100 was also being asked yet the nearest refund date will be 3 months later? Usually it would be after 4 weeks but okay… No proper invoice of the stay was given as well.

My experience here did not start out well. Upon checking in, the reception asked for a credit card in order to leave a refundable deposit of $100 in case there was any damage to the room when we checked out. The room was paid for in full already. I was glad to cooperate since this is very common. The $100 charge was approved and then she noticed that - for security reasons - my bank does not put the credit card number on their cards (common practice with many credit card companies now). She asked me for my cc number. I asked her why. She said she needs to put it into their system. I said that the charge has already gone through and I did not want my cc information in their system since I had no idea who might have access to it. She called her supervisor and he said it was mandatory that they get my cc information. I refused. She said the only alternative was for her to reverse the charge and I pay the deposit in cash. I told her that I don't carry that much cash when I'm traveling. She told me I had to go to the nearest ATM machine and get the cash in order to get the room key. I decided not to fight with her any further as she said that her hands were tied and she couldn't do anything else. I walked 3 blocks away to the nearest mall and walked around until I found the ATM machine. It probably took me 25 minute. I deposited the cash with her and received a full refund when I checked out. In today's world of rampant personal information theft, I find it inexcusable that anyone in the hospitality industry would require my credit card information to be entered manually into their computer system. One might say that they needed it in case the damages were over $100 and they needed to charge me more. But that makes no sense since they were perfectly willing to accept $100 cash. I wish I could recommend this place to others, but I can't. There are many other very nice options in the area.

Great place to crash after a long day! , booked it for an affordable price and so far I'm enjoying the room(loft room) with cold aircon! Would surely come again sometime👍🏻 10/10

One of the best place I've stayed. Super cool. Love the smart tv , was super cozy and comfy. It was definitely worth it for the price !!! Will come agai next time hhe
