the hygiene standards are extremely poor. The towels provided were smelly and in bad condition, the toilet seat had stains, and the bedsheets had holes. Based on the room condition, this property should be rated no more than 2 stars. There is also ongoing construction right outside the hotel that is expected to continue until 2027, causing significant noise — so avoid this place if you are sensitive to sound or value a good night’s sleep.

酒店服務員服務蠻好的，給了我兩件雙床標間，住著很舒服，酒店周邊有兩條地鐵線，還有star vista商場，出行、吃飯、購物很方便，離景區很近。價格相對市中心和聖淘沙要性價比更高一點，邊上有個南洋理工的校區，距離3公里還有國立大學，喜歡參觀大學的驢友可以選擇。

酒店老舊，燈光昏暗，房間都暗暗的很不舒服，都沒有一盞主燈照明，全是筒燈，且臥室的筒燈是壞的，一直閃爍，很影響視線。酒店説明屋內設施齊全，看到有微波爐，洗衣機，結果，洗衣機如圖所示這麼髒？這誰敢用，怕不是要得皮膚病哦，微波爐也是不能使用。而且沒人做衞生。門口掛的清理衞生的牌子等同虛設，出門回來依然衞生沒做。請問，做衞生是有指定時間？衹能上午做？下午服務員下班了？不給做了？這是頭一次遇到酒店不做衞生的情況。毛巾都臟黃了也不換洗。絕對是不敢用的。地理位置距離市區較遠，最近是荷蘭村。其他就沒得逛了。2000多一晚的房價，是這個標準那太貴了。

房間比較舊，有點潮味，床邊的臟黴和陳舊顯得格外顯眼。一進去房間看見的與平台提供的照片，這一臥室尊貴套房真是實景與照片反差大，很不真實。尤其網絡太差，不論是無限網還是流量網真是比其他住過的區域差太多了，通話質量斷斷續續，沒急事都不敢打電話聯繫，果然像其他人反饋的這家網絡真是太一般了。四星裡普通而沒有性價比的酒店。不會再考慮這家酒店了～

孩子在新加坡讀書隔一點時間就過來看她每次都住在這個酒店有帶廚房的一臥室和兩臥室的房子一家三口四口五口都可以住下還可以做飯性價比很高值得推薦

Cleanliness: 5/5 - Room was spotless. Location: 3/5 - Short walk to the MRT. It is outside the city centre but it was perfect for what we wanted. 3/5 because I assume other guests would prefer a more central location. Service: 5/5 - Friendly staff. Amenities: 5/5 - Provided all basic amenities including toothbrushes.

第二次入住。這次訂了套間有40多平米，在新加坡酒店算是大的。有基本廚具和洗衣機，適合非短期出行的。房間內配了晾衣架很方便。衞生中規中矩，早餐偏歐陸式，選擇不算多，但也還不錯。旁邊的star visita有很多吃的，交通也還算方便。

最近在Park Avenue Rochester酒店入住，免費升級了一臥室套房，整體體驗相當不錯。雖然酒店位置稍微偏僻，但附近有一個商場，方便購物和用餐。套房寬敞舒適，設施齊全，讓人感到放鬆。服務人員也非常友好，隨時樂意提供幫助。房間亦有煮食用具，可以簡單下廚。

The floor was a little sticky and slightly dirty when we first arrived, which was disappointing. Service-wise, it took about an hour for our towel request to be fulfilled, and I eventually had to go down personally and make three separate requests before they arrived. Do note that the checkout time here is at 11 AM, unlike most hotels which offer a noon checkout. We were slightly late, but thankfully the staff did not rush us. The location is convenient — it’s right beside The Star Vista, and there’s a supermarket just across the road if you need to grab something. If you are driving, be aware that you’ll need to purchase a parking coupon, which is priced at SGD 8 per entry. On a positive note, our room came with a kitchenette and a bathtub, which is a nice bonus for the price we paid. Overall, while the location and in-room amenities are great, the cleanliness and responsiveness of service could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

過來陪孩子訂的，很驚喜，房間有鍋碗瓢盆可以給孩子做火鍋！距離地鐵500米左右出行很方便！酒店出門右轉就是一家都是餐飲的商場，吃飯超市很方便！下次看女兒還會選擇！
