原本的房間有問題，工作人員來處理了。我要求換房間，service那邊的人説：我們都把問題處理好了，您還要換房間的原因是什麼？我覺得酒店需要好好培訓接線服務唉！樓層的經理助理真的很不錯，遇到問題積極解決，還一直給我道歉。還把新的房間安排好確認完才讓我入住。雖然開始很失望，但是因為這個員工，我還會再試定一次。

廁所有小小的飛蟲，位置非常好，性價比極高，在新加坡算房間很大了，出入非常方便，就是烏節路太堵車了 走走路還是很方便，地鐵站也很近

오차드로드의 중심에 위치한 호텔로서 교통이 원활하고 쇼핑이나 맛집 찾기에도 최적화 되어 있고요. 단 호텔 로비 앞 공사로 인하여 도넘는 소음이 휴식을 방해합니다. 빨리끝나길 기대하고요. 하우스키핑도 매일매일 청결하게 보장하고 있습니다. 호텔 내에 식사할 만한 식당이 많지 않은 어려움도 있고요. 가격대비 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Been stay here on May 25-27, 2022. Book for Two Bedrooms Grand Deluxe, a great choice for me who travel with my husband, mom and mom in law. Super spacious 2 bedrooms with living room and working desk and small 'pantry' area. 1 bathroom inside master bedroom. And 1 closet with washtafel provided near tha living room.. Superb location. MRT is only walking distance ( 3 minutes walk ). Homey home !

Check in 1st day found blood stain on Bathing Rob. Bath tub is dirty & dusty. Did not top up coffee n we still have to call n ask for it. Due to Covid period the hotel shall be much cleaner than usual.

Always a great stay at hyatt but recently there is a construction going on at the pool so if anyone wanna stay please double check the pool if its available.. other then that it was superb..

I really enjoyed my staycation at this hotel. The concierge staff was really friendly and welcoming. Their in-room service is great and food is warm and tasty. The amenities are great and Balmain shower soaps are used. Will come back.
