感覺還行，位置挺好的就在地鐵口，很方便，前台會講中文，辦理入住很快，房間空間大小也還行，兩個人住我覺得可以的，房間看著還算乾淨的，沒啥異味，電視有幾個台可以看哈哈，其他頻道大部分都很糊。然後早飯我覺得挺好的，種類算是豐富味道也可以。但是房間窗戶雖然挺大打不開…衹能靠空調吹一天這樣，有點悶有點潮有點壓抑…而且空調聲音會比較大，以及床上會有很小的螞蟻，房間裡還有一扇門，可以去到隔壁房間的那種，不過是一共兩扇門兩邊同時打開才行，所以這邊鎖著那邊就進不來。隔音不行，隔壁説話聽得很清楚，不過晚上睡覺倒是沒啥聲音。總的來説我覺得還行，之前在網上看各種評論總覺得住起來會很難受，但是很多時候還是要自己體驗了才知道，每個人的接受程度不一樣，我最無法接受的是不能開窗…相當於訂了一個沒窗的房間住了好幾晚哈哈哈，其他的都還可以

酒店位置很方便，出門就是地鐵，去景點兩站地就到了，性價比還是很好的有早餐，特別誇獎一下前台戴眼鏡的小哥哥小姐姐人非常好，對待中國人特別友好👫下次再去還要住在這個酒店

地點非常好，樓下就是巴士站，走幾步就到地鐵站，四週很多酒店及食肆，很多美食，酒店有個小型Spa泳池，很精緻！而且包埋早餐，超值

This was possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. On check in, we were advised our room had been upgraded to a family room, however the room was dated, the shower was cold and there were ants crawling around the room. We chose not to put on the fan in the bathroom as there were bare wires showing from it. There were other peoples drinks still in the fridge and the towels were the thinnest and oldest, I’ve seen in any hotel. Neither of us were able to sleep as the noise from the down pipe next to our room made a noise every time guests in other rooms used the toilet or the shower. There was also excessive noise from the plant room next to!our room. Breakfast was included, however this too was substandard. None of the cooked food was covered and was provided on polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery. There were no knives for buttering toast, meaning everyone used the same knife in the large lock of butter sitting out.

飯店的位置很方便，附近就有兩個線的地鐵可以選擇，到著名的魚尾獅公園，路上慢慢散步邊走邊看也只需要30分鐘左右早餐還可以，外出簡單能吃飽就好。不過第一次遇到餐具用一次性的，有點驚訝，但是這樣可能更衛生? 打掃的先生人也很親切，清潔乾淨但是，真第一次住到這麼這麼這麼潮濕的飯店，白天放在房間的紙張，晚上回房，居然捲起來了，連厚書本的內頁都有波浪狀的樣子因為出差，總是會洗衣服，晾了兩天還不乾，只好多穿一件內搭隔離衣服的潮濕感冷氣似乎有點故障，時冷時不冷的希望以後如果還有機會入住，能夠改善了

Overall the stay experience is withing expectation. There are some minor hiccups along the way with some minor issues but nothing too serious. The hotel condition is abit worn down as compare to the pictures shown on 訂房網站.com website.This includes everything, from the reception area, to the facility and room. The room looks clean overall, but there are some areas being missed out. I still find some food bits on the floor/cabinet and the desk is have some oil stain. I have a bad experience with the reception as the way she responded to my question. Not offended, but it is not the usual response hotel staff should give to guest. A few more things to take note: -they provided luggage storage, but it is placed in a public area opposite the reception. -the lift is small. -the breakfast food selection and seating are limited. Lastly, the pricing will put you into considering this hotel, topping up with some value added item coming the room size and location, and not to mention breakfast included. Location is consider good with it being situated in the center of most major attraction. Other attractions are easily accessible with MRT. There are a few selection of MRT lines available within a short walking distance, if the nearest one requires some detour (exchanging trains).

Great location Lobby and restaurant are modern and clean but the rest of the hotel isn’t updated So it’s antiquated, old and tired Elevators crank and creek and very slow Rooms look like they weren’t renovated since the hotel first opened many decades ago Air conditioning is out of control - either frigid cold and blasting or switched off to prevent hypothermia! The controls don’t work at all Walls are paper thin

離地鐵站非常近，過馬路就是Bencoolen站A出口；因為第一天網上沒有2個人加一個孩子的房間，所以就定了雙床房，13歲以上就按成人價錢加費用了；含三份早餐，性價比很高。因為出門就是地鐵，周圍環境也很安全，所以推薦，但如果帶孩子，一定要選家庭房～早餐有麵包，黃油果醬，火腿，炒蛋，蛋糕，沙拉，咖啡，足夠用了，推薦

這家酒店真的挺不錯的。位置特別好，就在市中心，周圍交通很便利，去各個景點或者商業區都很容易。酒店的外觀很有現代感，走進大堂，感覺特別寬敞明亮，工作人員都很熱情，辦理入住也很快。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，睡起來很解乏。
