新加坡ISA國際服務公寓是位於歐南公園的現代，舒適，寬敞的一室公寓服務公寓。
它是所有外籍旅客，商務旅客和遊客的理想選擇。

新加坡ISA國際服務公寓距離唐人街僅數分鐘車程。 10分鐘車程可到達聖淘沙島和烏節路；驅車12分鐘即可到達商業金融區，例如濱海灣金融中心和新達大廈。距新加坡綜合醫院（SGH）也只需步行10分鐘。

飯店提供前往歐南園地鐵站的免費班車。
步行5分鐘即也可到達公交車站。
到唐人街，Vivo City和聖淘沙輕軌只有5 -10分鐘的車程。

我們的一室公寓包括Studio Queen （大床），Studio King （大號床），Studio Twin （兩床）和 Family Suite 家庭套房。每間一室公寓均設有連接浴室和一個小廚房。一樓設有一間餐廳和各種自動售貨機。您也可在步行距離之內找到咖啡館和便利店。

下了地鐵穿過一個居民區，看到2棟物流倉庫一樣的房子，就是這個酒店公寓，旁邊有很多草地，然後離碼頭也不遠。酒店衞生程度中規中矩。周邊沒有吃飯的地方沒有超市，酒店也不提供任何東西，比如然牙刷牙膏也沒有礦泉水。服務全靠自助，早上9:00到晚上9:00有人，其他時間全靠自己，晚上開熱水器沒找到怎麼開，還是用chatgpt來解決的，根本就就沒有員工幫忙。我們住的酒店是1200一晚，新加坡國慶節這裡已經是全城最便宜的房間了。在這個價格面前也沒什麼能挑的了。還有想説一句，這酒店旁邊都是大片大片草地，有很多公雞一早就打鳴了。房間遮光效果也很爛。

這家酒店位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘可達海灘與夜市，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，出行十分便捷。房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適，配備冰箱、燒水壺等實用設施，部分房型還能欣賞泳池美景 。 服務人員熱情友善，辦理入住高效，還能協助預訂出海行程。兩大泳池乾淨清澈，含兒童池，適合親子休閑。早餐種類豐富，口味在線 。整體性價比高，鬧中取靜，是喀比旅行的理想之選 。

我住過最差的服務公寓了……雖然理解新加坡寸土寸金，價格低已經不錯了，但是也不能差成這樣，地上/水台有螞蟻、溝通以後拒絕提前免費退房、電視卡成PPT等等。這個價格我完全可以去隔壁住ibis了…… 圖片是淋浴間，發黴發成這樣讓人很難相信2023年裝修的🙃

這裡入住的大多是印度朋友，環境設施如果能夠升級並提高清潔衞生會好很多，ISA實際上有兩個公寓酒店，另一個是新裝修不久

The room is totally different from the picture they uploaded on their site. The place is not clean, so dusty and has ants. Bedding and towels are not clean. You can see visible stains on the headboard, very old sponge on the sink Checked out the same day as the place was not “safe” to sleep in because of the visible dirt and stains on the bedding and towels.

説實話，環境很差，服務很差，下次一定不考慮這裡。但是優點是價格便宜，有電磁爐、微波爐、冰箱、晾衣架，門口300米就有公交站，距離牛車水走路20分鐘吧。 預訂的要注意：自備牙具，洗漱用品。不要洗衣服，根本幹不了，會潮會餿了。

I got lost looking for this place! Going round in circles and going on a wild goose chase and finally found it! But alas..there was no one to answer the main door! Rang the doorbell..call umpteen times..and then texted them to attend to me asap as my mobile’s battery was super low and was going flat any moment! Finally, my mobile went “dead” and I still have to wait for another more than half an hour before being served. All others were acceptable for a short stay.

We stayed for 7 days 6 nights, far from mrt station, only shuttle service 7am-8pm rt, no room service cleaning, laundry only once a wk, hard to reach out customer service request. Room supplies upon request (trash bag,tissue,toothbrush, shampoo, soap). Rooms not clean trashes under beds. No restaurants or convenience store only vendo machine. 7-11 about 1km away. No smart tv need hdmi to connect laptop to watch netflix or youtube. Microwave have rusts, 2steps stairs from kitchen down to bed area is dangerous tiles are dark and no accent to see what u are stepping.
