新加坡烏節路大臣酒店 (Hotel Chancellor@Orchard)

這個房間寫的18-21平方公尺，但是實際上我感覺最多15平方公尺，真的太小了，第一次住這麼小的床，0.8米，翻個身就掉地下了！設施也老舊，地理位置還可以，看出門方便才訂的，如果下次還來，再也不會選擇這家了！

我每年都會去新加波旅行⋯這是我住過最差的旅館非常不推薦The Chancellor @Orchard⋯ Victoria和Yotel都會比這間來得好上百倍 ❗️❗️❗️❗️要選這酒店的請3思❗️❗️❗️❗️⋯一進入酒店服務前台一位男的就態度非常的差，擺著一副臭臉然後 拿了房門卡後，更誇張的事情來了⋯⋯ 一進門發黴的味道和應該是上一位顧客留下的尿騷味然後風筒是發黴的⋯（我是第一次遇到風筒會發黴的）以前我也是做酒店管理的⋯實在不明白為什麼那麼骯髒卻不至於理會 之後我下去了前台那男的前台客服直接翻我白眼讓我去找經理（他媽這是什麼服務態度） 他們的Duty Manager Shirley （服務還是可以的至少沒臉臭）幫我辦理換房服務 到了另一間房 1）（風筒發黴的問題還是一樣存在）要入住的你們請自己注意 2）椅子上殘留著上一位住客的不懂什麼黏黏的殘漬（有照片為證） 3）床單也是髒的 4）❗️❗️❗️我在去洗衣的的路上（廚房的門口隔壁發現了一隻老鼠，也讓工作人員知道了（他只回了一句nvm just leave it）而我洗了衣服以後離開了1小時那隻死老鼠一樣還在現場期間我還看到了廚房的幾位廚師看了一眼還說真肥也走了）完全就沒打算處理⋯這酒店的Hygiene完全就不合格而且還出現在新加波這樣一個國家真的完全無法想像為什麼執照還可以批下來 ❗️❗️❗️溫馨提醒照片真的是照騙❗️❗️❗️ I travel to Singapore every year... and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I absolutely do not recommend The Chancellor Hotel@Orchard... Even Yotel & Victoria Hotel is hundreds of times better than this one. ❗️❗️THINK TWICE before choosing this hotel ❗️❗️ As soon as I entered the hotel, the male staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude, wearing a scowling face. After getting the room key, something even more absurd happened... Upon entering the room, there was a moldy smell and what seemed like the previous guest's urine odor. The hair dryer was moldy... (This is the first time I've ever encountered a moldy hair dryer). I used to work in hotel management... I really don't understand why they would ignore such filth. Later, I went down to the front desk. That male staff member directly rolled his eyes at me and told me to go find the manager (What the hell kind of service attitude is this?). Their Duty Manager, Shirley (her service was acceptable, at least she didn't scowl), helped me with the room change procedure. In the other room: 1. The moldy hair dryer issue still persisted. Those of you planning to stay, please be aware. 2. There was some kind of sticky residue left by the previous guest on the chair (I have photo evidence). 3. The bedsheets were also dirty. 4. ❗️❗️❗️ On my way to the laundry room (next to the kitchen door), I found a dead rat. I informed the staff, and he just said, "Nvm, just leave it." After I finished my laundry and left for about an hour, the dead rat was still there. During that time, I even saw a few kitchen staff glance at it, comment "so fat," and then walk away. They had no intention of dealing with it at all. The hygiene standards of this hotel are completely unacceptable. Furthermore, for this to happen in a country like Singapore is truly unimaginable. I really don't understand how their license was approved.

大臣酒店的地理位置很好,鄰近＜索美塞＞地鐵站, 房間設備越來越差,毛巾僅提供浴巾,飲水-用壁掛熱水爐,其他一應俱無~ 酒店舊了,櫃檯人員的服務態度也很差,下趟新加坡旅遊,不會再入住了~

設施:齊全，風景不錯。衞生:比較乾淨。環境:整體不錯。 服務:還可以，就是辦理入住太慢。其它都還好，整體環境不錯。 整體價格偏高，也可能是新加坡都貴

熱水機按水出來請注意 很骯臟！就這樣的衞生嗎？ 我朋友住過這邊也住過其他酒店 就這個酒店你從網上下單名字還必須得放跟ic 一模一樣 人家幫你訂都不可以 你還需要另外付款60+新幣 這次我嘗試這酒店 果然一樣！雖然我放的名字跟我ic 一樣 但是 他還是嘗試問我 誒為什麼找不到你的名字 你用別人的名字登記嗎 關於衞生方面很差進去房間就有一股布料沒有晒乾的味道 我們看了一下原來是廁所的簾味道是沒有洗呢還是沒幹繼續吊那邊？ 訂的雙人房到了之後給我卡我進去後發現是單人床我下樓問 説衹有單人床x2的房間 我很早就定了 難道就給先來check in 得顧客？

인도 체인인건지는 모르겠지만, 인도인이 매우 많은 숙소입니다. 따라서 조식에 고기류가 없습니다.. 비건쪽으로 집중되어 있고, 많이 부실합니다. 수영장도 딱히 끌리지 않아 이용하진 않았습니다. 로비 의자도 너무 허름해서 교체가 필요하고, 룸은 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 생수는 제공되지 않습니다. 오차드 거리 중심에 있지만 매우 저렴한 편입니다. 그러나 다시 이용하지는 않을 것 같아요.

房間整體感受還可以的，給了裡面的房間 相對安靜一些，酒店衞生良好，位置烏節路，方便逛市區！周邊吃東西也很方便 ！ 樓下有很多的酒吧 方便夜宵

酒店跟多美哥MRT站大約300米路程,10分鐘內一定行到,尚算方便,鄰近有大型商場包圍著,更有網紅打卡熱點龍之樹窿,可達度一流，是值得居住的酒店！

Overall good hotel, good location reasonable price would certainly come back! Pro: Well maintained room, good AC, comfortable bedding, strong shower; all basic amenities provided. Good room insulation also, very quite despite facing a highway... Only cons is the rooftop pool which is surrounded by too noisy AC motors and no pool towels are provided by hotel, so very unpleasant experience! However you can go up once just to look at SG skyline, quite nice view!
