room was small. room was dirty, the bed has stains and the counter top were unclean. wanted to use the kettle but what i saw was just disgusting. the toilet door was unable to close perfectly and whenever someone takes a shower, the room would be wet.

位置離地鐵站還算比較近，樓下有自動販賣機和711，但是附近有清真寺有時候早上五點多會誦經唱歌聲音很大睡覺會被吵醒！衞生不太行，床單枕套上有汙漬...房間裡有時候會有螞蟻....服務不錯，前台會打招呼還算比較熱情。基礎間廁所很小，坐在馬桶上我一米五多的人腿都會頂到門，乾濕不分離，洗手池在床邊上……

The front desk staff, Careleen was so helpful and helped us with our last minute reservation request with a huge smile on her face. It’s really nice to have a genuinely friendly staff at the front desk to greet and assist the visitors. We definitely had a wonderful stay in Hotel Nuve.
