As a solo traveller, i came back to Hericoll on Seah since i was really satisfied with my last time’s stay. This time too! The place is neat and clean. The location is good, btw bugis and city hall station. Can even walk over from clarke quay at night. The staff is very nice. I’m happy having Stellar and Divina helping out on most things. Very high standard of service as usual!

1 fantastic location, middle of chjimes, raffles city, suntec city, bugis, marina sq. 2 esplanade mrt and city hall mrt within walking distance. 3 checkin is easy and sustainability is right on point. this establishment is working towards the right path for sustainability 4 room is small but good enough for a 3d stay. appletv, airplay available. not sure for android. 5 special thanks to Stella for being ultra friendly and helpful with our luggage and queries. 6 plus point, next door have a great taco restaurant and its pretty good 7 here for the Poptoyshow!

We had such a lovely time staying at Heritage Collection on Seah! 💛 The location is super convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and cozy. What made our stay extra special was the amazing team — thank you Mae, Divina, and Stella for being so sweet and helpful! 🥰 You always replied so quickly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Cleanliness - 5/5 - Everything was in good condition and clean. Location - 5/5 - Perfect central location. Service - 4/5 - Contactless check in was a little troublesome. I had to verify my photo a few times. However, staff was also reachable for help. Amenities - 4/5 - Basic amenities provided, and room has a fridge which is nice, but no extras like toothbrushes and toothpaste

Очень интересный отель..расположение отличное в шаговой доступности основные достопримечательности, две ветки метро, одна из них прямая в аэропорт. Очень уютный номер, в номере есть чайник, холодильник, микроволновая печь, фен, посуда, ножницы. На третьем этаже отеля имееются стиральные машины, сушка, стиральный порошок. Гладильная доска и утюг без проблем доставлены в номер по запросу. Снизила оценку из-за отсутствия тапочек и зубной щетки, зубной пасты. Не переживайте за цифровое заселение. Полное сопровождение с момента бронирования номера. Если следовать инструкциям, все понятно, любой вопрос решается очень быстро через WS. Мэй, Шеннен и Райан очень любезны и внимательны. Однозначно рекомендую.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location right beside Raffles Hotel. Accessing the property is very easy with the use of mobile apps and the staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. Room was very clean and well maintained. Special thanks to both Stella and Yani who made my stay easy and enjoyable. They were especially helpful after heckout when I needed luggage storage. Thank you!

Mon séjour fut fabuleux : loft très propre, bien équipé et calme. L’emplacement est également idéal. Mae, Ryan et Shannen ont été très bienveillants et d’une immense gentillesse. Je vous recommande cet endroit avec un excellent qualité prix.

立地が最高。付近にバス停も駅もあるので、何処へ行くにも便利でした。暑い國なので、夜のお出かけ前に少し休憩して出かけたりしてました。ホテルだと自分の部屋までたどり著くのに、かなりの距離を歩かなくてはいかないけれど、誰の目を気にすることなくすぐに自分のお部屋に戻ることができるのも魅力の一つ。シャワーも、天井に設置タイプとハンドタイプの２種あり、水圧も変化なく快適でした。下水からの匂いも全くありません。チェックアウト後も、夕方６時まで荷物を預かっていただけるサービスもあり、大満足の宿でした。冷蔵庫も大きくて良かったです。サポートスタッフの細やかな気配りメッセージもありがたかったです。また次回も利用したいし、周囲にもお勧めしようと思っています。

Отличная квартира, соотношение цены и качества 👍 Хоть и небольшая, но все продумано и очень функционально, было комфортно, месторасположение удобное. Есть прачечная, пользоваться можно с 8.00 до 22.00 бесплатно, в номере предусмотрительно на этот случай оставляют стиральный порошок. У нас проблем с заселением не возникло, всё понятно, главное пошагово следовать инструкциям и будет всё хорошо 👌Девчонки Шеннен, Мэй и Райана большие молодцы , всегда готовы помочь и ответить на вопросы. Русским туристам стоит знать, что залог можно оплатить только картой, Юнион пей от РСХБ не работает, мы просили знакомых с Казахстана помочь нам его оплатить. При возможности обязательно сюда вернёмся ❤️
