Enjoy my stay (one night only). Overall experience of my room is 8 / 10 for budget hotel. I had a good sleep: mattress, pillows and blanket are OK. Lucky to have a room away from lift lobby. However my room has no fridge, no hair dryer, no sandals, no locker safe, no hand towel. However I love the surrounding amenities, easy to find food, drinks and snacks from convenient store. Very good location, get to explore nearby tourist attraction like Sultan Mosque.

The name of the hotel which differs from the one in the 訂房網站.com had me revolve 1 hour plus. Such a lousy idea and they didn’t even mention that it is the same hotel with different name. And the customer service is horrible. Had me waiting for half an hour after I finally locate the damn hotel.

An old hotel under new management with simple renovations. The place feels cleaner and better maintained, and still with its dated structure, but improvements are noticeable and the stay was comfortable overall. Okay for the price with short stays.

This is a three-star hotel that is currently undergoing renovation, with painting work still in progress. The room door uses a traditional key instead of a key card. The shower area in the bathroom is quite small, and the area under the bed was not properly cleaned.
