호텔에 저녁 11시에 도착했을때 관리자가 없어 앞에서 서성이고 있을때 외국인이 번역기를 가지고 메일을 보라하여 겨우 체크인을 하였습니다. 방키는 2개을 주었는데 외부에 다녀온 후 방키를 지갑에 넣었다 생각하고 문을 닫았는데 지갑에는 방키가 없었으며 , 방 키가 모두 방에있어 안내 데스크로가니 긴급 연락은 WhatsApp으로 하라 하여 20번 이상 연락을 취하였습니다. 하지만 연락이 닿지 안았고 대사관에 연락하니 대사관도 도와 줄수는 없다하며 인터넷에서 찾아본 내용을 바탕으로 편의점에가서 핸드폰을 빌려 신고하라 하였습니다. 그래서 근처 세븐일레븐 편의점을 가서 핸드폰을 빌리려 하니 인도계 여자가 싫다 거절하여 어쩔수 없이 저는 체크인을 하지 않은 키를 가지고 1층 쉬는 곳에들어가 3시간 가량 쪽잠을 취하였습니다. 그리고 새벽 5시에 눈이 떠졌을 때 체크아웃을한 사람이 보였고 15분 후 저는 체크아웃을 한 키를 가지고 방에들어가 3시간가량 쪽잠을 취하였습니다. 그리고 청소하는 사람에 도움으로 방문을 열어 들어갔으며 11시쯤 주인으로 보이는 사람이 와서 키가 있냐 물어보며 오늘 체크아웃을 해야한다 안내를 받았습니다..... 여기는 낮에는 사람이 있어 대처가 가능하지만 저녁이 되면 사람이 없고 연락이 되지 않아 긴급한 상황에는 대처를 할 수 없는 곳입니다. 신중하게 생각하여 호텔 예약을 진행하시기 바랍니다.

I was looking forward to this stay but most unfortunately, I was informed at the eleventh hour that there were some issues with the room and couldn’t be rectified in time for my stay. I was much disappointed. However, I was referred to another hotel under the same group and management. It doesn’t have the kitchenette in the room as that was the prime reason for my booking. It has a communal kitchen instead. I find it extremely inconvenient as I have to make more than 20 訂房網站s there for all my needs! Sighhh..

The toilet is crazy small And I don’t know why the room is so small and still make the kitchen And no table is the very big problem

i can’t believe i had a great deep sleep, honestly. though the noise from the outside/hallways can be heard, it didn’t bother me that much since it just gets noisy when someone is checking-in or going out. it is also important to take note that the building does not have elevator and hair dryer. there is also a 1-minute walk bus station and stops at novena station. however, if you’re coming from novena station, you need to walk at least 12-16 minutes to reach the accommodation. overall, my experience is great and will surely check-in again if i needed a stay in singapore.

非常驚喜的一次體驗！當天因為飛機晚點，我到達酒店時已經超過了晚上七點，但前台的女性工作人員依舊溫柔耐心地告訴我如何去我的房間，非常感謝！環境很安靜，適合休息，單人間雖然小但設施齊全，非常乾淨，入住期間我沒看到任何蟲子。電磁爐灶台可以做飯，配有煮鍋、煎鍋、燒水壺、各種做飯用的工具和洗潔精。房間空調風力足，衣櫃自動亮燈，衞生間頂噴的水很大，洗澡非常舒服，這一點我真的很喜歡。衞生間還自帶沐浴露和洗髮水，灶台附近甚至有一個小冰箱！桌上的飲品我通過郵件詢問，也是免費提供的，並且走時還能網上自助辦理退房，衹要把鑰匙還回去就好，這對不善溝通的人來説簡直太方便了！我很少寫評價，但這家酒店真的很注重細節，而我抗拒不了細節上的服務。感謝你們的服務讓我在新加坡度過了非常好的一次旅行～

Very cosy stay with very responsive staff on duty. Highly equipped with a mini kitchen area and very spacious. Surrounding area has food and is a bit of a walk from novena.

Habyt Hotel is located on Balestier Road, which is very convenient to anywhere in Singapore via taxi / bus / railway. Overall, the facility is at good quality and staff is friendly. It's more like a service apartment to have some basic utensils to make your stay easier.

Pros: Clean. Close to a small shopping mall. A bus stop just steps next to it. Kitchenette for simple cooking. Cons: No hairdryer, slippers, tissue paper. No lift, not recommended it you have big luggage. Praise to the hotel staff (the lady at the reception who I forgot to get her name) for her friendliness.
