我booking 是豪華房間1個大床和有窗戶的，當我check in 的時候服務員說沒有一個大床了，那我只好要兩個小床的房當我進入房的時候看到床墊很骯髒，我下去服務區說了他才換一間房間給我，新房裡是一個大床和有窗戶的不過沒有床墊的。我一個晚上都睡不到覺。

酒店比較簡陋，熱水在外面走廊有飲水機，房間打掃得不太乾淨床旁邊有灰塵。服務員還是比較熱情的。房間沒有吹風機，不過可以跟服務員拿，用好了還回去。廁所洗澡的地方都沒有門跟馬桶分隔開來。不過有3人家庭房還是比較方便的。離酒店不遠有個熟食中心有好多東西吃。

Good location budget hotel in Batu Pahat, booked the hotel at last minute with affordable price. Staffs provided an excellent service, they'll place the parking coupon for guest in the next morning. The Standard Twin Room just average, cleanliness could be better, good water pressure but slightly slow Wifi. Overall, it was a good stay!

Not very clean, the room not soundproof enough, phone ringing and printing sound keep disturd us in midnight. Overall is budget hotel, but still able improve the bed sheet and towel cleanliness too.
