My stay at the hotel was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, close to key attractions, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals

I booked family suite. On first day they allotted room no 208. On second day evening after returning from office I found some one else is staying at my room. Reception people told by mistake I was allotted room no 208. Now they told I was now allotted 209 and surprisingly I found my luggage is kept on bed of that room but my slippers are missing. After long discussion they returned my slippers with an excuse that those are being kept at other room. The whole room shifting and luggage shifting was done without informing me and my consent. Very much harrasment being faced by me.

The stay was really peaceful and the room service and hygiene was very appropriate. The best part was the strong mobile network which helped me to do my office work and also attend online meetings. I would surely come back here.

Very bad experience with that hotel. I have booked 2 ac room for 2 days but they have given me a non ac room which purely neither hygienic nor properly maintained. Never refer any one for this hotel.

Worst arrangement. Careless response from hotel. Exchang the hotel without informing and that's too 12 kms away from actual booking. Monopoly nature of hotel. Rough behaviour of receptionist.
