This hotel does not have any restaurant facility. Then bring food from outside . Bathroom was stinky. Electric kettle was there . Too far away from NJP station

Although location was good, but service was not so good, No toiletries provided, fan was not working properly... Rest all is ok

The room size was larger but there are so many insect like cockroaches in the room...😮‍💨 The bathroom was not good because the water pipe was broken and water was constantly leaking.😑 Even room service couldn't fix it.😑😑 My experience in mount embassy is not good any more. But one thing I liked about the hotel there's staff was very polite and very friendly ☺️ that's it.

The hotel gave me a room with a poisonous insect; I called them, but they responded after 10 minutes. They shifted me twice—once to an already booked room, then to a damp, low-budget one with a broken phone, missing TV remote, and a faulty main gate lock.

I had a stay for 1 day in this hotel. Theek location is ok. The staff response is not good. The dental kit was denied and I was forced to go out and buy one. I had checked out at 9AM and the complimentary breakfast was not served until that time.The Cleanness of the toilet was not good.

Our experience was not so good... We have booked a city view room . They offered us a room with the price of approx ₹1366. When I did payment they have deducted approx ₹1900 from my account and gave a suffocated room to us..

Room was very small & suffocating. Packed drinking water was not available in room, normal water bottle has been provided by them. Check in check out time was not clearly described. Hotel staffs were asking to check out before 12.
