Good hotel. Management can work on the cleanliness. The room has all the amenities one can ask for but the should look into the maintenance of it as well.

Terrible Experience! 1. Difficultly in reaching Hotel: I reached hotel at 4am since driving from Shillong. The hotel had all lights off! The reason I had to scrounge for hotel entry. The mapped location at Google is 100m away from where it's really difficult to guess the location. 2. Small hotel Room: The hotel room is so small that you can't carry your luggage or unpack things comfortably, very boxy room. Also, no luggage rack! 3. Washroom problem: Washroom was clean, though, - NO TOILET ROLL, - NO TOWELS - NOT WORKING EXHAUST FAN - NO ROOM FRESHNER 4. Terrible Breakfast service: Issue in Complementary Breakfast, they have rule of 1 omlette per person. Also, they say either you can have boiled eggs served in buffet or omlette. If you take 1 boiled egg then they won't give you omlette and if you take 1 omlette and wish to have 1 extra since buffet is there, still they say omlette per person. Literally nowhere they have written this, and it seems to be insulting. Overall, the property is nearby bus stand, however, it's an old property needs renovation. All sanitary fittings are damaged or not working properly. I recommend the hotel to improve their services, Otherwise it's a quite expensive stay to compared to services.

Hotel room was good. But the location is in a crowded place where lot of beggars were there.

It was decent hotel but had issues with hot water apart from it was a nice stay, good staff and the ambience was also good

Room wasn’t good according to price it’s was small and was little dirty and the one of the reception was also didn’t talk properly.

Room paint was peeled off…regular sleepers provided, food was very bad, not good for health

The hospitality wa terrible, no cleaniness, switches were not working, bedsheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty

The hotel lift refused to work. The rooms have senor for lights to switch on and off and if i was sleeping on my bed and moving even an inch the spot lamps used to get turned on. It was a horrible experience. The room i opted for was a family room and they gave us a toilet kit with one tiny soap bar. 1inch x 1 inch. This is so sad. No coffee satchets in the room. The towels offered for use were old and recycled. It was a horrible experience to stay at that hotel
