    Property's location is in a good position. But food experience is terrible, very bad food taste.service is not good.

    cockroaches was every where in the room as well as on the bed. bed sheets were dirty. bathroom's flush was not working properly. I did reach the hotel very late at night and therefore did not have much option.

    like a hounted house in a very inconvenient location of Siliguri rude reception guy who is given the room after a long wait and behaviour was very rude.

    We couldn't check-in into the hotel as the hotel was situated in a red light area which we were unaware of and we faced a lot of issues when we entered the area as a result we had to leave the area. I have raised the concern in make my 訂房網站's customer case but i didn't receive any assistance with my refund which is definitely not expected from a reputed company like make my 訂房網站.

    The receptionist behaviour was so bad. I did not like it at all. Overall hotel room was not as much as expected. No cleanliness, everything was old and many broken.

    this hotel is not suitable for couple and family because there is a beer bar in ground floor bad experience

    Worst possible stay. Platform like make my 訂房網站 should not endorsed that kind of dirty hotels. Especially the hygiene level is below any rating. No basic facilities were there like water handwash or in and out gate service after 9pm. Etc. Above all we trust make my 訂房網站 as a dependable way for bookings. But after this i think we should think again before using this platform

    I have never been to such a worst hootel room, staff are extremely rude, and the conditions of room was very poor and the hygiene level is zero, toilet are not working properly and so dirty. I suggest to everybody to not to book this hotel. It's not like what you see in pictures.
