I booked 3 rooms, but hotels owner given only 2 rooms and he was saying i am not responsible for booking. After discussion, he was saying that you booked the hotel through mm t instead of directly hotel. This is cheating with customers

Very comfortable and restful stay, staff very helpful, professional and friendly, rooms very neat and clean, very close to the njp railway station and transport, wake up and tea was also provided at 4am, highly recommended

The room is small. Service is very poor. Unhygienic room. Staff is not cooperative at all. No lift service is there, very difficult to carry luggage.

Good place to stay near njp station. Food was also decent. We had to catch early morning train from njp. Hotel staff was helpful in early checkout process.

Owner is living close to lodge, staff are very helpful, i stayed three times during my official visit to siliguri

Room was good. Behavior of the persons nice. No help was received from the hotel owner during check out time for drop off luggage from 2nd floor of the hotel. Television was not working.

Ac service was not good at all. They were not providing extra bed which was included in our package and they’re were charging rs 500 for an extra bed. I don’t have images of the room.

Room is small but clean room. Breakfast is ok but don’t include it because only one puri sabji option is there. Staff is cooperative

The room is so small. Also, the owner has not provided the deluxe double bed room. Service is very poor. There are so many mosquestoes found in both rooms. Unhygienic room. Acs are not working at starting 30 mins.
