The location is okay, though, in the very center of Chinese stores and restaurants. The sea is not far, but the streets aroumd are over filled with communal waste. Hotel service was pleasant and nice. Breakfasts were tasty. It is strange that we didn't have slippers in the room, and the big towels were brought only when we asked. Still, the whole impression from RIVA Hotel is very good. I would like to stay there again.

i like staying here. the staff are very helpful and have good english. i asked for sea view room when booking but they gave me other room instead. its okay i have a good time staying here. i order food from room service and the food is so good!! the breakfast food also good. i really recommend to stay here! overall i’m satisfied! 😍

常常拜訪的飯店，有一個漂亮的泳池，服務人員都很親切，可惜早餐太過一成不變，除了偶爾會在房間或廁所看到小強，其他倒是很不錯

Прекрасный чистый отель, персонал на высоте! Бассейн на 10 этаже. Все портит месторасположение . Дали номер с видом на помойку и соответствующая вонь, когда выходишь на балкон. Расположен в Китайском квартале- ощущение , что приехал в Китай , а не в Камбоджу.

真的是大無語 定的豪華房間 房間倒是大的很 就一張床 啥也沒有 定的時候備註 安靜 結果給我一間正對著裝修的樓層 客房服務我也是醉了 睡覺睡的正香 跑來敲門問要不要打掃 第三天退房時間到了 反而沒有任何電話和提醒 我真是服了 避坑 外表靚麗 裡面不怎麼樣 房間裡味道很奇怪

I was bitten by an ant while sleeping. An ant came up on the bed. I woke up early in the morning because of ants and asked to change rooms. I was scared. I was worried that ants would get in my luggage. But they said they couldn't change rooms even if bugs came out. I can only change bedsheets." This is the only hotel in the world that says it cannot change rooms where bugs come out. The female counter manager laughed at me in a ridiculous way. I'm angry. The sound of construction right next to the hotel is also very stressful. It's the worst. I ruined my vacation because of ants.
