Lovely island with even lovelier staff! Was a great place to stay. On the other hand, I wouldn’t spend more than 2 nights without hot water, air conditioning and decent WiFi when in the room (wasn’t aware of this when booking however this was a fault on my behalf). However, when in reception it was very strong and was able to charge everything in the hotel to the room and pay on exit which was great and they even helped organise our boat home for $15. Also had a cute lizard friend on our last day

The hotel is far from main areas of Saracen Bay, and the hotel charges per boat ride even tho other hotels that are closer to piers provide the service for free. The hotel itself is decent enough, the only thing that really bothered me was the stained sheets found on arrival, luckily i just stayed for one night. Staff is kind.

We really liked our room But the Location is not Easy to reach so we decided to be Home before sunset 6.30pm just to be safe. You could Walk with a flashlight from your Phone But the pass is rocky and there are Wooden bridges to pass. The room was lovely thow and even if only fab it was enough for the price you pay. Did not have Breakfast included since we booked with 訂房網站 so can not judge That.

servicio excelente, a veces un poco lento, buen desyuno, las instalaciones perfectas para relajarse, alejados de todo, la instalación podría aprovechar más sus espacios comunes y frente al mar, tal vez hamacas, sillones playeros, columpios que no obliguen a estar siempre bajo techo, la naturaleza alrededor invita a la paz, si quieres fiesta no es el lugar, si quieres relajación, definitivamente sí.

Such a nice stay at Laguna. The view is amazing, it's quiet, the staff are really nice and helpful. The food is really tasty and at a good price. Waking up there and having free breakfast before heading out for the day was great. Nice vibe. You do have to take the taxi boat to get to and from Saracen Beach, but they hae their own pier and will organise the boat for you, plus one night we sailed straight through luminescent plankton in the middle of the night. Amazing. Definitely recommend.

This resort is lovely and perfectly located. I’m not usually very social, but I really enjoyed the view from my porch — it’s the perfect place to unwind and let reality drift away for a while. I honestly could have stayed longer than just a week to enjoy some true dolce far niente. The staff were amazing, making you feel welcome from the moment they pick you up until the day you leave. It’s simple, but that’s part of the charm. There are ponies, dogs, and monkeys around — and sometimes, a hornbill even greets you at your window in the morning!

Luogo incantevole, il resort é basic e rimane più defilato rispetto alla zone della spiaggia. La colazione é semplice ma buona. La pulizia delle camere é ok, ma va richiesta. Bella l’escursione in barca che viene offerta in struttura.

Lovely island with even lovelier staff! Was a great place to stay.
