酒店服務特別好，提前發了郵件下船就有人接到酒店然後沒到兩點也給辦了入住，酒店風景也很好，餐廳超好吃！還有巨可愛的Jenny狗狗！下次去還要住這裡！

值得推薦的酒店，服務人員都很好，儘管都不會説中文，但都一直給予很溫暖的服務和交流。房間有點小，設施不算齊全，但好的服務已經能抵消所有的瑕疵。建議預訂前一定要先提前和酒店溝通，這樣可以選擇最近的碼頭到港，不然下船確實有點遠，無論是乘坐小船還是拖拉機去酒店，都是挺獨特的體驗。島內確實比較原始，幾乎沒有商業，適合休閑躺平，價格沒有傳説中的那麼貴，BBQ還是很棒的，份量很大。

ATTENTION Usine à Argent ! mars 2024 • En famille En résumé une Affaire d'argent =＞ à notre arrivée l'hôtel nous dis ne pas avoir reçu la somme pour la réservation et nous disent que c est une garantie alors que mon compte a été débitée et après insistance il me dise que c'est une erreur de leur part. Ensuite la chambre familiale se trouve entre les we et la réception( photos) et donc une véritable discothèque le soir. Le manager me demande si je veux une autre chambre mais avec gros supplément je refuse.L hôtel en général est 15% plus cher au niveau nourriture, Clim hs dernière nuit personne a l accueil (voir photo)Je décide donc d'écourter mon séjour je lui envoie plusieurs mails aucune réponses et d ailleurs le site aussi demande si il m accorde le remboursement des 2 dernières nuits non prestees et celui répond juste NON après avoir envoyé plusieurs rappel ! Il me propose 25€ sur mes consommations mais oublie de le compter sur décompte final et pour finir se sucre sur mon transport de retour, il se cache derrière le bar à notre départ Au niveau professionnalisme Mr Le Directeur fantôme c'est ZÉRO ! Photos et mails à l'appui pour celui qui veut Conseil : Simplement ne pas aller !

Fantastic stay at Sara Resort. They pick you up from the speed boat ferry terminal and the staff service was superb throughout my stay from all staff members! Beach was awesome, room was comfortable and right on the beach, breakfast was great and other meals are delicious at reasonable prices. There are also lots of fun bars and restaurants all around but the place is quiet for sleeping at night. Perfect for me! Loved it, highly recommended!

Situated directly on the beach and having the difficult choice to swim in the crystal blue pool or sea just 20m away from from the sundeck chairs. Top service from breakfast through out the day around the pool. Fair prices from coffees to alcohol as well as a large choice of local or western foods from the on site restaurant. Hardest part is deciding what to do each day and saying final goodbyes to the friendly staff and crystal waters.
