Our stay was great, the staff was very accommodating. Because the hotel is located in a small remote island, the infrastructure was understandably a bit lacking, such as temporary power outages that would last a minute and loss of water pressure. But again, the staff were quick to mend any situation. The front desk had WhatsApp and that made it easy to communicate with the hotel. They also helped organize ferry and buses for transportation to other cities.

Soon Noeng hotel is a wonderful place to stay on Saracen Bay on Koh Rong Sanloem! The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are cleaned and well equipped with kettle and fridge.
The views are perfect with the sea very close-by with idyllic tranquil beaches!

Je décommande !
1) Les blattes dans le lit
2) Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude
3) La patronne est désagréable
4) La propreté de la plage de l’hôtel est pleine de déchets plastiques des clients… cautionnée par la patronne, on n’a même pas ramassé les déchets et elle a rigolé !!!!!

The rooms were clean, the beds ok. Good airco and ceilingfan.
The shower is also very clean, but less water is coming out of the shower, and.. only cold.
The part of the bay with many restaurants is a 15 minute nice eveningwalk.
The resort is on the arrival pier. So no long walks with heavy luggage through white sand.

Directly on the port! thex also refilled the toothbrushes and gave us extra blankets! really enjoyed the stay! the view was amazing!
Hot water was not working but it was warm enough to shower!

Cheap place on the beach not bad however room had a funky smell to it 1-10 I would give it a 7.2
