The hotel is close to the pier, so you don’t need to go anywhere from there. The hotel has different kinds of rooms, we stayed in a sea view villa which had a nice view. However I didn’t like the interior and the bathroom. Bathroom has a window in the roof which is not covered and geckos and insects can come in without any difficulty. When you finish taking a shower, water stays on the floor for a very long time. The hotel has sunbeds and it’s nice that you can have a rest in front of your villa, that’s what I liked the most. Breakfast is limited in food choices: eggs, rice, vegetables, noodles, toasts and fruits - everyday it is the same, quite boring. There is almost nothing around the hotel, even if you want to buy some water after 23:00 you can’t do it. The nearest hotel is closed, the reception of this hotel is closed too. A walk to the closest shop is 20 minutes by the beach

Остров шикарный. В отеле все готовы помочь. Кафе в шаговой доступности. Ещё и ребята на небольших тележках - мотоблоках без проблем вас довезут до кафе. Завтраки вкусные. Уборка номера- если повесить табличку ,что бы убрали. Без таблички не зайдут,что бы вас не беспокоить. Попросила сейф - принесли в номер. Дали два данных халата. Можно поменять доллары. Приветственный коктейль порадовал. Лежаков на пляже достаточно. Рекомендую к отдыху.

Расположение отеля отличное. После прибытия на пирс, сразу с Пирса попадаешь на ресепшен. Очень удобно. Персонал работает на 5+. Отдельное спасибо Хану за организацию праздничного вечера. Про чистоту, тут надо делать скидку на весь остров пляж у отеля почищен, но если отходишь немного в сторону тут конечно есть чем заняться в плане уборки. По номерам в целом хорошо, конечно видны следы эксплуатации, но для меня не критичны. По стройке - стройка идет, идет по всему острову, данный отель не исключение. На пляже людей плюс минус 3 человека ) пляж отличный. Заход в море ну ооочень длинный, детям вообще отлично.

This may be the best hotel in the island. The location is in a nice part of the beach and you can easily hike to the other beaches. It also has its own pier. Is not at expensive as other resorts but it definitely has all you need. Furthermore stuff is very friendly and helpful. Also the included breakfast is quite good. The room itself is clean, spacious, near the beach and has everything you need. The cleaning is punctual every day and well done. Would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that while it has some positive aspects, there is definitely room for improvement. The biggest advantage is its great location, which made it easy to explore the area. The rooms, although quite old, were at least clean and well-maintained. However, the service felt a bit distant and not particularly warm, which made the stay less welcoming than expected. One major downside was that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. I could hear noise from the beach and neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but unfortunately, some of the food was cold when it should have been hot. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but with some renovations and improved service, it could be much better.

Our stay was great, the staff was very accommodating. Because the hotel is located in a small remote island, the infrastructure was understandably a bit lacking, such as temporary power outages that would last a minute and loss of water pressure. But again, the staff were quick to mend any situation. The front desk had WhatsApp and that made it easy to communicate with the hotel. They also helped organize ferry and buses for transportation to other cities.

Soon Noeng hotel is a wonderful place to stay on Saracen Bay on Koh Rong Sanloem! The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are cleaned and well equipped with kettle and fridge. The views are perfect with the sea very close-by with idyllic tranquil beaches!

Je décommande ! 1) Les blattes dans le lit 2) Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude 3) La patronne est désagréable 4) La propreté de la plage de l’hôtel est pleine de déchets plastiques des clients… cautionnée par la patronne, on n’a même pas ramassé les déchets et elle a rigolé !!!!!

Directly on the port! thex also refilled the toothbrushes and gave us extra blankets! really enjoyed the stay! the view was amazing! Hot water was not working but it was warm enough to shower! Really enjoyed!
