違う宿泊者と取り違えられて、最初予約した部屋と違う部屋に通されました。違うことを伝えると仕方ないといった感じで対応されました。 チェックインの時點で違うことを指摘したにも関わらず、大丈夫と言って、その時點で特に修正はされませんでした。 アメニティ、設備については、歯ブラシがありません。ドライヤーは動きませんでした。部屋にゴミ箱はなく、ベッドそばのコンセントも柱で潰されていて一つしか使えませんでした。

This is a nice hotel in a great location in terms of seeing the key sights in the area we wanted to visit (walking distance to Sigiriya and Pidurangala rocks, and a short tuk tuk ride to a night loris walk). It is on a main road so there is a bit of noise from that if you have a room at the front of the hotel like we did - especially some loud music playing early in the morning. I recommend asking for a room as far away from the road as available. The room was more basic than I expected for the price but importantly it was big and clean. I think you are paying the price for a proper hotel in this location. The hotel pool is big and very clean, it is perfect for a dip to cool down - and very scenic, surrounded by lovely trees. We were a bit disappointed with the hotel restaurant menu which has nearly no vegetarian options on it, and similarly the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it for us to purchase, but there are lots of other restaurants walking distance from the hotel to go to. The staff were helpful especially in putting us in touch with the loris night tour.

房間裡面很寬敞是優點，但是這個隔音實在是太差了， 後院連著馬路晚上全是音樂聲和汽車的聲音。 如果你睡眠不好的話，確實不太推薦10-13 號房間那一條。 酒店周邊沒什麼吃的， 餐廳的晚飯選擇也很少價格倒不是很貴。

這個酒店地理位置很好，就在獅子巖底下，很方便可以去爬山。環境和房間也還不錯，就是餐食太難吃了，不要預訂包含早餐晚餐的白，自己出門出也行。

酒店的房間和大堂餐廳連在一起，大堂餐廳的音樂二十四小時都開著，外來馬路上的車來車往也聽的一清二楚，所以這個酒店的房間是吵鬧無法入睡的。當然如果喜歡熱鬧的，也許住這裡正好。

推薦，位置很好，獅子巖對面，酒店旁邊很多吃喝選擇。大廳裝飾很有特色，房間不大但舒適整潔。早餐種類不多，但坐在漂亮的大廳吃飯是種享受。和價格匹配！

到前台辦入住找不到訂單，出示入住憑證都查不到，完全不知道問題出在哪裡，等了很久也不先給我們安排好房間再繼續再繼續確認核實，訂房網站溝通了半天也不見他們解決，這裡的服務堪憂，不知道哪裡出問題了，等了一個多小時終於先安排住下來，後來才拿了入住的單子來簽字！早餐時點單的，英式或者斯里蘭卡式早餐。酒店周邊有超市，飯店，不過在這裡吃飯點單衹打一個慢，就點了個漢堡等了一個多小時，還不好吃😓
