It's far from the centre or Siena so you will have to do some navigating to get to and from the main attractions. The service was pretty deficient, I bought this new years buffet and they were definitely rude while selling and while serving it to me. They offered no instructions on what to do even though I tried my best with my 3-yr old boy italian, and they kept asking for some ticket that one of the waitress had already taken from me. It's supposed to be a 4-stars hotel and I paid over 300 Euro for one night but they kept acting as if I was going to steal a bottle of water (which was supposed to be included in that really bad 35euro buffet). Food was, honestly, less than 1 out of 5. I can easily make something better without knowing how to cook. At night, I could hear my neighbors snoring and talking. Walls are paper thin. So if noises bother you at all, you better hope the people nearby don't snore or decide to have ******** or some late night argument. My recommendation is to simply avoid this place. I'm sure you can easily find way better options nearby.

last night Nov 25,when I made a reservation of your hotel, choose the wrong date by mistake, I found the mistake and called the hotel less than 3 minutes to contact your hotel, asked to change to Nov 26, your hotel say no, it is not right way to do business, your hotel is four points, it is very bad behavior, it is very very disappointing.
