Well, we checked in and at first sight it looked beautiful. It has a big bed, a massive bath, nice shower. However upon closer inspection we realised that the bed did not have a duvet cover and we slept without it the first night, as there was no one at the reception. The pillow cases were dirty so we took them off and we saw mould on the pillows. And there was no hot water in the tub or the shower. Also the room did not have any windows which felt really weird to sleep, because you can’t tell what time of the day it is.

We stayed in this place and booked for 2 nights stay, but ended leaving after 1 night stay as they over booked and they wanted us to leave the room and moved to the different room as there was someone who will take over our current room. At the time that they want us to moved we are outside and they just simply moved our things without asking for our permission. The owner and the girl who actually in the reception that time was so rude and telling that it was our fault, while they disrespectfully touch our belongings without our permission. I did not recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap province good location and room and bathroom super big and clean nice view room with pool side and garden area i am so happy to stay in this place the property live city area easy to walking around just 08 km to international museums and Royal Palace or Angkor market shopping and from Pub Street or nice market and old market just 2 km away. Special from property to Angkor wat area just 6 km away and owner super helpful us to pickup free from bus station. I am strongly recommend to everyone to booked Angkor Rithy Boutique.

1. 沒有免費的機場接送服務，小哥要收35＄每次。我是自己坐機場大巴車換tuktuk的，來回多花了20＄。 2. 早餐就是地攤水平。幾個住宿的老外每次都不怎麼吃 3. 房間設施差，衞浴間不知道哪裡漏水，地面總是濕噠噠的。害得我滑了一跤胳膊摔傷了。空調聲音巨吵，熱水壺也是壞的。 4. 客房服務差，衞生沒人打掃，浴巾和吸水墊沒人換，垃圾沒人收。 5. 不要包賓館的tuktuk，小哥滑頭 6. 好多有螞蟻，跑到桌子上來 7. 位置偏，大路到賓館有一段坑坑窪窪的石子路，顛** 8. 第三晚居然停電兩小時，熱**

Wonderful boutique in Siem Reap province nice location and room nice view clean bathroom specially owner superb helpful me free pick up from bus station and arrange Tuek tuk for me to visit Angkor wat temple area and I am easy to walking around from property to Royal palace or national museum and super market just 1 km around 10 minutes. I am strongly recommended to everyone to book this place.and I will promote to come back.

I booked family room with 3 queen beds. ( the room is the same as picture) The environment is not clean mostly saw the cigarettes on the floor and spider web. The bathroom door can see people inside clearly. The TV there is no signal so can’t watch. Broken fridge, bedsheet all dusty and stain. Bathtub is so slippery. No breakfast for us for the first days after complain, on the last day they made omelet bread and sausage for us. For pool is not clean and didn’t turn on the water electric power for us to swim. The owner and staff are not friendly and only a lady standby there with not good looking outfit. No elevator just stair. When I reach here there are the same hotel name nearby and the first residence one they didn’t open for the guest and we need to stay at the 2nd boutique ( the location is so difficult to find ). I booked the residence but they let us stay in boutique. So disappointed!! The price also high, I can find better hotel or resident or guesthouse in the same price.
