Долго выбирали отель, и остались довольны выбором. Нам понравилось, что отель расположен вдали от шумного Old market. Приятный бассейн и красивая территория. Номер был очень чистый, хоть и видно, что отель не новый. В номере есть телевизор, но можно посмотреть только кабельное (нельзя подключится к YouTube, Netflix и т.д., или просто найти нужное через браузер). Персонал очень услужливый. Помогли организовать экскурсию в Ангкор, а также в конце помогли разменять деньги, когда у нас не осталось мелких купюр, чтобы расплатиться за такси до аэропорта. Завтраки были средние, перекусить можно, но почти все жирное, бывает и сильно лучше (но я была после отравления, так что мне вообще кроме риса ничего не подходило из предложенного)

It was first time visiting to Siem reap and the first hotel I booked through 訂房網站 : I reviewed and selected the hotel; I could stay longer because the location is good and staff were friendly. Moreover the swimming pool is very nice for guests. My holiday was so relaxed. Aroma massage was great too with reasonable price in this low season ~^^ Thanks for the Hospitality!!!

We’ve had a very enjoyable time. Very comfortable beds, spacious room and a breakfast which offered a bit of everything. The pool got really warm (almost hot) during the afternoons, which made it comfortable to go for during the mornings and evenings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A bin along the way would have been convenient, but that’s just my personal opinion.

訂的是800多一晚的房間，已客廳非常大，然後還可以自己做飯。吃了3天的早餐，味道還是很不錯的。酒店工作人員也很熱情，第三天熱水器壞了，11點多工作人員馬上來解決。總體來説很滿意。

市街地までトゥクトゥクですぐです。ホテルのスタッフさんの対応もよく、快適に過ごしました。朝ごはんも品數は多くないですが、おいしかったです。

This is a nice resort hotel with an amazing large pool. The hotel rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful in all situations even an early check in was possible. The gym however is very small and basic, if the AC is turned in with locked windows and doors and 10 minutes waiting it was okay otherwise it will be very hot. The pool water is very warm which is a little sad as the pool is so large and nice for a swim exercise. The only issue I have is with the bar. Why would you price it 3-4x higher than any other place around? That makes zero sense and the result was that there were litterally not a single guest ever while we stayed there. There are multiple place for drinks and food in around five minutes walking which are great, so not really a problem. On the bright side the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the city centre.

Worst experience so far in SIEM Reap. 21/09/2025-23/09/2025 Room was very noisy from 6:30 to 10:30. A very bad choice for couple to stay there. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, it was like dropping salt into the sea. Second day we didn’t have BF because there weren’t any food left, it was around 08:45 in the morning. When asked, no one cares. They don’t give damn if you can eat or not even you room is included with Bf I’ve been to SR more than 50 times. Hillock Hotel is the worst I ever stayed. Would I recommend? Well if you want to feel how I felt, try it.
