回憶皇宮水療度假村 (Memoire Palace Resort & Spa)

非常棒～完全超預期，看似一個小小的平來無奇的大門，裡面竟然藏著一座美麗的花園宮殿，也像一座熱帶植物園，造型美觀的泳池兼具著優閑水池的功能，舒適寧靜，漫步於其中都是一種獨特享受！早餐也很美味，咖啡是定做的帶有拉花，我們住了4天，每天吃早餐都讓人心情愉悅😀服務生們熱情友好，都會微笑地打招呼問候，由於不巧在第一天在巴戎寺腳崴，晚上紅腫了，打電話給前台，立馬送了冰塊來，緩解了很多！有個接我電話的前台服務生（記得英文名稱叫Chou Two，簡稱Two，柬埔寨語代表月亮和花的美好寓意）也很貼心，見到我們都會記得我的需求，還會關切地詢問目前傷勢，是否還需用冰，讓人感動呀！唯一的遺憾是最後一天早上下暴雨且要趕大巴回金邊坐飛機✈️，因此沒游到泳，本來想體驗一下這麼漂亮的泳池的。 如果下次帶朋友或家人來，還會選擇這家酒店，讓人記憶深刻，謝謝你們的關心和付出！（忘了個墨鏡🕶️在酒店，收到郵件才發現，我們選擇讓酒店幫忙保存下次來取，預示著今後還會再來的哈哈哈🤣真開心🥳） 小建議：可以在房間客廳內加個垃圾桶，更方便扔垃圾～ Wonderful! It far exceeded all my expectations. What looked like an ordinary, modest gateway opened up to reveal a stunning garden‑palace, almost like a tropical botanical garden. The beautifully designed swimming pool also works as a relaxing water landscape. Peaceful and serene, simply wandering around the grounds was a delightful experience. Breakfast was delicious, too. The coffee was freshly made with lovely latte art. We stayed for four days, and every morning’s breakfast put us in such a great mood 😀 The staff were warm‑hearted and friendly, always greeting us with big smiles. Unfortunately, I twisted my foot ankle on our first day at Bayon Temple. It became swollen and painful in the evening. I called the front desk, and ice was sent to my room right away, which brought me huge relief. Special thanks to the front‑desk agent who took my call — his name was Chou Two （can be briefly called Two）. In Khmer, his name carries lovely meanings of the moon and flowers. He was incredibly thoughtful. Every time he saw us, he remembered my injury and kindly checked and concerned how my ankle was doing, asking whether I still needed ice packs. It was really touching! Our only regret was on our final morning: heavy rain poured down, and we had to catch a bus back to Phnom Penh for our flight ✈️. We never got the chance to swim in that gorgeous pool, which we had really looked forward to. We would absolutely choose this hotel again when we return with friends or family. It has left us with wonderful memories. Thank you for all your care and hard work! （We accidentally left a pair of sunglasses 🕶️ at the hotel and only realised it after receiving your email. We have asked the hotel to keep them safely for us to collect on our next visit — which basically means we will definitely be back, haha 🤣 We are so happy about it 🥳） Small suggestion: It would be more convenient for guests if a trash bin could be added in the living area of the room for rubbish disposal

剛依依不捨離開就迫不及待寫好評了，非常好的入住體驗，泳池很大，環境不錯，早餐也很豐富，對應國內四星級左右的標準；到酒吧街打突突大概5500瑞爾，9塊人民幣左右；硬件環境可能會略有小瑕疵，比不上五星級酒店的精緻，但勝在服務超棒，性價比極高！特別感謝華人前台Dimong，我英語不太好，他提供了非常多的幫助，就像朋友一樣親和，提供各種旅行訊息建議，幫助我訂摩託車（12刀/天，送上門）。同時感謝Soriya女士，每次耐心與暖心的與我溝通，最後送我們上車，一直招手到消失在視線！最後感謝門僮小帥哥，每次外出回來都送上冰毛巾，以最燦爛的微笑為我們開門引路。還有停車場大叔，每次熱情的幫我停車取車。還有很多很多工作人員，都很服務貼心。很少寫這麼多點評，真的太感動了！感謝大家！

We enjoyed the greenery & flowers throughout the property, and they are very eco conscious - to an extent where their straw is made of lemongrass! The staff is extremely courteous. The rooms are spacious and we took a room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was also spacious, with bathtub (not that we used it), 2 washbasins and a separate area to take shower. Other amenities included fruit basket and espresso machines and capsules.

I had an amazing stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I don’t remember any names, but truly, every single person I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. The resort itself is beautiful — very peaceful, with a lovely garden and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout the property — it felt like a true escape from the busy world. The food at the restaurant was also great, and breakfast had a good variety. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

트립애 나온 사진은 정말 훌륭했어요 그리고 도착했을때도 좋았구요 허나 얼리체크인 할수있다고 나와있는데 안되었고 수영장에는 나뭇잎들이 많고 벌레죽은것들이 떠다녔어요 그외에는 룸컨디션은 나쁘지않았네요

Never have I stayed at a higher class Hotel. It was impeccable. The attention to detail was overboard: They have contour French hair products in the rooms . Their Bread is home made . Their yogurt is home made. The restaurant has 24 hour service. The staff is beyond amazing . I just got lucky that I found it .

Великолепный персонал, который всегда готов помочь, особенно девушка с ресепшена Soriya. Завтраки всегда одинаковые, но этого достаточно. Готовят вкусно. Номера просторные и очень комфортные кровати. Есть ванная и душевая. Спасибо большое этому отелю за отличный сервис.

The place is clean the location is easy to find . The swimming pool is huge and clean . The food is delicious and the breakfast is yummy
