管家服務很不錯，有免費送至城鎮的突突車，但是回程需要2美金，這個還是用pass app叫車比較划算，酒店很東南亞風，房間都是villa，很大很舒適，房間還有個小泳池，總之，很值得入住！

整個度假村充滿了浪漫和私密的氛圍。我們一起做了雙人Spa，在同一個理療室裡，享受著專業的按摩，聽著舒緩的音樂，感覺彼此的距離更近了。私人的露天恆溫泡池是最大的亮點，晚上一邊泡湯一邊看星星，浪漫至極。！！唯一不足讓我感覺到氣憤的是餐廳裡面的Waiter 服務態度不好嘲笑我説的的英語不標準説錯了在前台那裡跟他同事笑真的是無語了！我覺得五星級的酒店就應該需要五星級的服務不應該當麵嘲笑！這個問題是很重要的需要整改！

一次非常美好的入住體驗。管家Phea非常熱情，細心。為我們提前安排了房間，直到我們辦理入住，同時免費為我升級了泳池房間。房間超大！非常感謝。入住後帶我們介紹了酒店設施，服務，前往市區的方式，還有welcome drink等，讓人賓至如歸。退房的時候因為我們是晚班機，Phea主動問我們如果我們需要洗澡休整的話可以提前通知他安排。讓人覺得很nice。感受到了酒店工作人員的熱情好客。酒店的環境也是非常棒。很安靜，私密性也很強。典型的高棉建築風格，個人非常喜歡。泳池很大，早餐豐富。酒店還提供到市中心的免費tuktuk也很方便。下次來暹粒，Embassy一定是首選！

私人泳池套房非常值得，房間也非常安靜，早晨還會有鳥試圖在門口的燈上築巢，非常有趣😁。酒店的24小時免費突突車也幫了不少忙。唯一的遺憾就是房間wifi信號太差了，導致我衹能用移動流量在房間上網。

靜かなロケーションの中でゆったりと過ごせて良かったです。スタッフの方々も私の拙い英語をなんとか汲み取っていただいて、とても親切に最終日までしてもらえました。朝食もお勧めしてもらったクメール料理が美味しくて、気に入ってくれた？と聲掛けしてもらえたのはとても嬉しかったです。

We are a family of three with a 10-year-old, and we stayed at The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa for 3 nights. The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. There’s a menu to order from, offering everything from spaghetti to Chinese porridge—freshly made, simple, yet delicious. Both my husband and I especially enjoyed the sliced fish porridge. The hotel spa offers a 1.5-hour hot compress massage at $34++, which we found very worthwhile. The masseuses were professional, and the spa itself was clean with a soothing atmosphere. The hotel also provides complimentary tuk-tuk service to the downtown area, which made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The only minor drawback was that the hot water supply was not strong enough during peak hours (around 8–9 pm), so we couldn’t fully enjoy the bathtub as the water temperature was too low. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Siem Reap.

A truly beautiful resort, with exceptional service led by the wonderful Mon in the front office. Just 5-10 minutes by tuktuk to the centre of Siem Reap but it felt like a private, quiet retreat. We had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to return to the Embassy and to amazing Cambodia. Recommending this hotel to anyone looking to visit Siem Reap!

Exceptional service and hospitality from beginning to end. Was contacted the night before arrival and offered transportation assistance to the hotel. Was always greeted and offered excellent service throughout the stay. Staff is always ready to help with recommendations, making reservations, and arraigning transportation to ensure you have the best experience during your stay. Mr Nivat went above and beyond from the moment I arrived and made this an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located nearby the city center and only 20-30min tuktuk ride from most of the temples. They offer good tour options directly from the hotel at a good price. The hotel is very clean with excellent food and amenities. The suit with private pool was huge and the mattress was super comfortable. Will visit again if I return to Siem Reap and will recommend this location to family and friends

酒店的性價比特別高，房間面積足夠，各項服務都向國際五星酒店看齊（當然還有店內服務的價格😂）。我們體驗了游泳池和健身房，都很不錯。必須highlight這裡的早餐，服務員很熱情。早餐主菜是單點先做的，可以説比我們在外面吃的都太好吃。對於基礎房型而言，一樓的房間可以直通泳池，二樓的房型則多了一個可以供人湊合睡睡的飄窗。如果不是吹毛求疵，絕對是超級nice的酒店。

下午茶:特色lemon grass味道不錯，餅乾🍪味道也很好無限次免費接送至城鎮（Pubstreet）:每次去市區都可以免費設施：泳池是恆溫的這點非常好，一共住了四個酒店衹有一半是恆溫的。因為行程比較滿每次回酒店都很晚了，想游泳的話恆溫泳池很關鍵環境：佔地面積很大，非常有度假村的感覺服務：真的非常熱情，每天都有來自Phea的問候。給人的感覺很溫暖，確實比國內熱情很多
