Appreciated on the early check in given. However, the room’s toilet need refurbishment as its floor and surrounding corners of the floors, basin, bathtub are dirty with black stains/mold. I need to close my eyes when shower and get out from the toilet asap. Breakfast is considered good for a small town’s hotel. Location is good as many eateries around. Other than it’s toilet, the room is ok. Hope that management can refurbish the toilet in due course.

I stayed at Tower A during my recent visit. Overall, the stay was satisfactory , but there are areas that require improvement. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the wall paint was peeling and should be maintained better. On the first day , there was no water supply for about an hour. While the maintenance team managed to resolved it, it was inconvenient and could have been handled more promptly. Asides from these issue, the service was polite, and the stay was generally fine, but attention to upkeep and facility reliability would make the experience much better.

住的不錯，可以看到河，冷氣還好不冷不熱，就是浴缸有點和花灑是在一起的，就是有點危險因為站著浴缸沖涼，所以有點危險會滑倒。 kinwood 裡面還有高級餐廳，裡面不錯很好吃

某幾台電梯按鈕故障，櫃檯人員服務一般無笑容。預訂兩間房但差很多層樓，安排的不是很好。 房間空間蠻大、很乾淨，早餐選擇不多。

房間很大 地理位置也很好 衹不過隔音沒有很好 而且時不時會有機械的聲音 可能是建築物老舊的問題 不過整體來説還是挺不錯的

Very nice hotel. staff is helpful and polite. If you need a quiet place to stay, this hotel is perfect. Just a bit far from City center, 10-15 minutes walk to night market.

酒店近江邊，附近有便利店，叫車很方便，房間有包早餐。如去景點也可以步行到的，很方便！但最好在不大猛烈！酒店的泳池剛裝修，健身房有日久失修情況，而且沒有提供飲用水！除此之外，這酒店也不錯的！

We stayed on the fifth floor, and the room was facing the river. Overall, there is no issue in the room. Breakfast is moderate, and the same goes for staff services.

Strategic location facing the Rejang River. Good view. Overall it's very comfortable & spacious room except it's a bit ageing. Old Bath tub & layout + furniture from the 90's. Breakfast served at normal hotel standard only. Local breakfast outside will be more appealing.
