I didn’t check In because I try to call them and they told me that I book that thing they can’t find my name on their list they don’t even email me or message or contact me to remind me that I book something on there establishment.i just paid that booking and I didn’t use it.progress guys in other country when I book they have email or contacting remind,confirming me that I booked something that date that time to their establishment.

I arrived on my book date 3/17/25 but I was told the hotel was not available ongoing reservation done. I was very upset without any email or any announcement made from the property. The attendant told us that our stay will refunded I email them to this email address but no ***************************** no refund no response thats how it is so careful when you book.
