In check-in into the room and I observed that the AC was not working, then I switched on fan and there is no control and getting very big noise, there is no TV. Then call the receptionist and requested to change rooms but he was refused and if it was not like it just canceled the room he said very rudely.

The deluxe room was really spacious and comfortable. The AC remote was working but bit ineffective at times.

The reception on arrival needs vast improvement. A listening ear is needed in case the guest is complaining on uneasiness. The fittings in the rooms are not in condition. Needs renovation.

The staying experience at the hotel was good. It is one of the best stays you could find at this price range in Chennai. Room was neat and clean, AC and fans were working well, wifi was also strong. The only downpoints were the Tv which was not functioning and old &rusty cupboards which were not of much use. Apart from that, the room was big and the bathroom was also clean with a proper water supply. Personally, I would recommend to go for Deluxe rooms because they are considerably larger than the standard rooms with very little extra charges. Overall, my experience was good. Would definitely recommend everyone to check it out. Also, make sure before booking that you book a room with remote controlled AC instead of Room controlled. Thankyou.

The location of the property is quite easy to find, and the quality of the property is good, i think for perday 1500 its a quality stay, but only problem i faced is the quality of the bathroom, was not up to the mark

Bed is not clean, visible hairs inside the blanket. Towels are dirty, bathroom walls are full of fungus. Tv not working, internet slow. Only thing good is ac was working properly
