Hotel location is good but they don't have private beach. It's open for public. Restaurant services are good. However, The receptionist behaviour was a bit rude. I initially booked it for 1 day and when I tried to extend it for one more day, I was charged 1.5 times the original price and that too after a lot of discussion.

It was a wonderful experience in the Resort. The hotel property is best in shivpuri, private beach space, and a clean beach can attract anyone. food was awesome but the room was not up to the mark according to the cost which they charged . Premium room size is small and does not look or feel like luxury, room furniture and interior did not look so good so the hotel needs to work on room size or interior.

I had a fabulous experience with the summit by the ganges. The staff was very good especially mr. Vinod has very good working skills and nature.

Excellent location and access to the river. Rooms can be maintained better and cleanliness of the rooms needs to improve. Overall a good place to stay. Staff is good.

Location is great. Service is also good. I didn't try food in hotel as outside street food was very tasty. Hotel don't have a gym. Swimming pool doesn't have a facility of warm water (you won't try as water will be too cold. Room price is ok in 7-8k range.

Property's location is good but property itself has lost its sheen and shine. They have not bothered to upgrade their rooms. They give you a vintage feeling. Amenities they are providing have become obsolete. Even smart tvs are not there in the rooms. Who watches tata sky that too in sd. Can't even watch hd channels. Food is not good at all. They are lacking the variety and providing very basic and average breakfast. Lunch and dinner we had ordered from the kitchen was tasteless. The property itself needs a big upgrade. Natural beauty is there in abundance but stay should be much more comfortable and fooding should be much more sumptuous.
