The location is perfect!! Just at the bus stop. But if you are skiing somewhere at Okushiga, better take the earlier buses. It was so crowded by the time it got to our stop we could not get up. Our room had a view of the mountains so we were really happy waking up to a winter scene. Room was huge so easily fit 4 pax. Breakfast was functional but that area really had not much food around so better to eat at the hotel. For dinners the food trucks are just opposite so really convenient. Also some shabu shabu places opposite the hotel as well as a yamazaki store and yakiniku too. There was a rental shop at hotel but really basic. Don't expect too much. The bath was also average only. Nothing fancy. The place has no body lotion so be aware!
