一之瀨日式旅館 (Villa Ichinose)

First off, the staff are lovely. Even with a language barrier they were friendly, and the reception man was kind. I've stayed at Villa about 4 times now, but this was the first time in about 11 years. Sadly there is a lot that needs to be fixed. The pricing has increased heavily since I was last here. Whilst it is very close to the ski lifts of Ichinose Family, this is a budget accommodation. But I would still expect it to be cleaned more regularly. The rooms are fine, but the hallways, and common areas look very dated and have paint peeling, cracks showing, carpet is old, worn and dirty, and nothing would imply it is being maintained. We never had dinner here, but breakfast was a buffet style, and whether it's worth it to you or not is a personal thing. The convenience store downstairs is only open at night times, and not every day. I remember the restaurant at ground level facing the road served excellent gyoza, ramen and beer. Sadly it's been closed for a while and used as storage. I don't want Villa to become like the rest of the hotels in Ichinose, only for school groups or super expensive because of their proximity to the ski lifts, but it really needs to have some money invested in the property, replacing old and damaged decor, and carpets professionally cleaned yearly. But thank you to all the staff for being lovely and kind people.

The location is very good, the food is also satisfactory, the service is also satisfactory and staff is helpful, but the ski locker need to be renovated.

建議親不要去 如果不信可以試試設施破舊，服務差勁，超級臟的房間  吃的那叫一個地道的難吃

我是從香港來的，但我沒有入住這間酒店。原本我訂的是一之瀨日式別墅 Villa Ichinose，但是出發前3天收到一之瀨別墅的郵件，說因為房間機器問題，要安排換到另一家酒店叫志賀山酒店 Mount Shiga。我在那間酒店住的是榻榻米房，沒有椅子。滑雪了一整天，我只好坐在地上的床墊上休息。我需要一個額外的枕頭讓我的腰部更舒適。當我打開放枕頭和被子的門，拿出一個枕頭時，我驚呆了。枕頭很髒，全是口水漬，發黃發黴。我相信至少一個月沒有打掃過，才變得如此骯髒和明顯。這樣的衛生狀況讓我很不安。我拍了枕頭和房間鑰匙的照片來證明這一點。我主要想說的是, Villa Ichinose 負責人不應給我轉換一間非常舊又衞生差的酒店給我入住。其它方面我不能給評語, 因我沒有入住。但位置非常好, 就在一之瀨巴士站旁, 酒店環境還不錯(因我要去這酒店拿回我的滑雪板袋, 所以有進去看看)。

デイリーヤマザキ併設で便利な宿でした。職員さんは外國の方も皆さん親切なご対応下さり、好印象でした。ありがとうございました😊

早餐日日差不多一樣款式，有些悶，酒店隔離有間燒牛肉好好食，附近還有2架車仔檔，行過去雪場2分鐘，很方便
