excellent view hygienic and clean room kind staff although road which lead to hotel is quite narrow but you can get ola uber easily from there

The stay was poor there were no working locks and there were no lights in the washroom even after telling them they didn’t fix it

Hotel room was good clean and clear, i have selected room only. But only 1 thing is not good that they didn't serve food and all. We called them in the morning for tea then they said they don't serve tea or food. So i really don't know about this earlier. And we also did not know abu this that they don't serve food. Overall it was good only the food part is not good. They should serve food on cx demand

The hotel was nice, the staff was really nice and they also let us cook our own maggi using their gas only at 150rs (8 maggis. They even cut-ted the veggies and help us cook. The view from the hotel was really amazing as you can see the whole shimla.

A terrible stay the staff is not corporative at all i have asked for water they said our md is sleeping we can not give it not recommended at all

Good and huge property but not maintained. No electricity backup for gyeser. Staff is good food also good.

My experience is all over good but i didn't get slippers which i think is very important they didn't serve even water to me. There is used glasses of previously customer as well. But bed is very comfy.
