高峰皇家西姆拉酒店 (Le Royale Hotel, Shimla)

Ohh is nice but take a moment to read this driving a car not suitable for you ❌ 2nd thing no lift 4 story hotel not suitable for old people family with child 🫣 3rd bring a car is very difficult has to drive mall road parking to atleast 10km to be there is just beside the church but wait has a high slope climbing to up down no view at all with this hotel booked a 2 deluxe room just ok comes with packs of coffee to get a better experience booked a there best of best family suits but wait nothing nice also no. View no additional services no tv in room no wifi even don’t have power due to thunder strom heavy rain no inverter or any other lights equipment so scared on that darker room at 3am ……at 4th floor no wifi not recharge on there dish tv closed twice while we watching big boss with my family totally disappointed with them already made a complaint on there office the same day a day after no response staff is trying to do as much as they can but the management is not approachable Is ok if your a just group of boys u can easily walk thru mall road your car is safe in there parking but if your a experienced driver to be there 🤣 don’t bring a xuv or big cars there

Food and location is very good

The staff were without exception friendly and healthy, the views from nearby are incredible. It would, however, have been nice if my room had been cleaned at least once during my week there.
