    The manager was very friendly in nature, facilities were good, soap shampoo towel, properly working and clean washrooms and clean bedrooms.

    Very comfortable stay in a VIP area. Rate is affordable also. Food is very good. The treatment of the staff is also very good.

    Location is incorrect, kindly double check. Property is calm & cozy, very worth it however, receptionist is unknowingly rude, he kept forcing us to checkout early even though our checkout as per booking was 12 pm.

    The rooms were clean which we expected basis other reviews. But there were bo other facilities like toiletries , kettle etc were not provided and everything else is chargeble. The location was peaceful near CM house but was away from mall road so you have to go there all time. Staff came for luggage on checkin but on check out they did not help for suitcase to go upstairs. Reception and rooms were adjacent and lot of noise from reception came. Only plus point is room and bathroom were clean rest were just ok.

    Overall experience was very good. Rooms were clean and very well furnished. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not that clean, that was a bit negative point rest all was good.

    The experience overall was good, you will feel that the room is very small but we got the combined room so it was some good space. Almost 1km walk to the mall road, the location is quite peaceful.

    The stay was amazing, The surroundings were very peaceful and also within walking distance from the mall road.Room service was also good but one thing was missed I didn't get any towel and shampoo which should be given to visitors.

    very friendly & helpful staff... my stay was so peaceful & smooth with my 3 yrs old child because of them... rooms were neat & clean.... but location is little bit difficult for the aged persons.. apart from this everything is good ...

    We spend two days there and hotel was really good and their service was also good. Mallroad is just 15 mins away by bus from chota shimla. The place was peaceful and perfect for stay!
