1. Poor management 2. Dirty 3. Worst staffs 4. Manager is not even aware about the MMT booking 5. Not even worth for 3K for 1 room. 6. We spent around 35K+ for 2 families, which actually should have been around 15-18K , considering the standards of the hotel. 7. Complimentary breakfast was way to below standards. Considering above facts, please don't recommend this hotel to anyone

There was no basic things are available in bathroom like brush, toothpaste, toiletries. Room was smelling. Waste of money. I want my money back.

Location is good. Main city. Food is very good. Good for vegetarian people. All amenities and facilities and services are good. Staff is very polite and the manager looks after all the facilities and services impeccably.

The owner or manager was very kind and supportive. Location is also very good as very near to market. However, night time seemed bit unsave for family at that loaction. Food was not good and rooms were not as expected comparing from the pictures

staff courteous and food quality is good. room size very small for the tariff paid. Rooms are reasonably maintained

Very bad service , bed sheet full of stains no proper respond from hotel too , when we told to change they are saying if don’t like check out and leave

Our experience staying at the cloud social was terrible cos the room was smelly from the stench coming from the toilet.. not sure it was a sewer problem. All the hotel staff did was use an air freshener that was just temporary. The other problem was the hot water from the shower. Apparently we need to inform the hotel before taking a shower so that they can turn on the main switch that controls the heater... silliest thing I heard. And we had to wait for water to be heated. For the price we paid this hotel is not recommended as the breakfast was just basic. Definitely it was unpleasant too when the pillows provided were so horrible and towels were not ready in time.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. In three days I had to call the customer care as many times to get a proper blanket. The blanket they provide is a better version of bed sheet which is not adequate in Shillong's cold. Then they pressurise you to rent a room heater for 300 rupees. I appreciate their upselling strategy but customer care is pathetic. every simple request replied with negative words. That was the High moment when they declare that the pastry that I got for my kid needs to be thrown out or else they threaten to force check out my family. We strongly protested this behaviour from Ankit. This *** also verbally abused my family. If you are going for a holiday, you should avoid this place. This is not only my view but every boarder had the same experience. The breakfast option is a pure scam. Smelly rooms are full of dirt with filthy towels if you can stand with them. Room service was good though thanks to local boys.

this hotel is in center in shillong location was good food also good preferred for vegetarians this hotel stay & food both is good as per budget over all it's excellent 🙏
