Double bed room size is not at all up to the mark. Very much congested. Approach to your rooms are watery in day time.

The wal had seepages. And the room is small as per it's rent. And service is not upto the mark. They had less people to cater to the guest's demands. Very less parking place is available. However the food was good. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Location is also good. And the receiption guy's behaviour is good. Regards

That was a very ridiculous experience for me. They showed me a different room and gave me a completely different room which was very horrible. They didn't co-operate with me. And the dinner was so bad, they served us stale food.

It was a nice stay in phibha villa. It is quite close to civil hospital. The hotel staff is very good and helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel has its own restaurant. In cleanliness, i will give the rating very good. The room i stayed in had a double bed and a single one. The facility to prepare a cup of tea or coffee is available in the room. Phibha villa can be a fine choice for tourists searching for a budget friendly accomodation.

Stay was good. Very good ambience. The only issue was with the food bill which is not shown or signed by the guests during the in-room service and can see the wrong items and amount while paying the bill. They don't even listen to the guests about it.

It was nice stay but the price is a little high the rooms are not well ventilated and the staff didn’t let stay for an extra hour to catch a bus. I was asked to pay extra.

At this price it is ok. Food is good. The parking space is very limited. They take extra charge for commercial vehicle parking.
