位置在2號線和1號線之間，去哪兒都方便。周邊除了是電子的天地，也有購物飲食的樂淘里地下街、君尚、世紀滙，還有很多未發掘。酒店大堂在23樓，很有家的感覺，節日佈置很有氣氛。樓層高，景觀開揚。房間安靜舒適，冷氣足。唯一是我的房間淋浴間沒玻璃門，淋浴時小心一點都可以做到乾濕分離吧😅第二天早上醒來，收到Linda親切的問候，雖然我們沒跟酒店早餐，但她親自送來小點心和小禮物，很貼心啊，原來她也是人靚聲甜的呢～還要謝謝Daphne和Nick的幫忙。很期待下次再來😊

酒店環境優美，經常入住能看得出來這個酒店在不斷的更新升級，酒店賓客小滕管家人美心善服務很周到，她能把我的要求與細節都能記錄得非常仔細，這一點很用心，很為客人著想。酒店大堂已經開始提前佈置了聖誕節的裝飾，很有氛圍感，早上還能遇到小滕推的小推車上有現烤的紅薯，她很熱情的給我們打了招呼，給了我和我丈夫兩份烤紅薯還貼心倒了兩杯熱咖啡☕，怕我們吃弄臟手還細心的拿了兩片濕紙巾，超級貼心！因為她的服務好感up～下次有機會再來體驗！

這家酒店地理位置非常好，在華強北電子商圈裡面，對從事商務活動的商務活動很方便，再次還要特別感謝一位大堂接待經理winnie 小韋很熱情的接待，知道我有一次性拖鞋的需求，很快就送到房間了，每天早上跟晚上也提醒我用早餐跟宵夜的時間，真的很細心的服務。讓我整個住宿體驗感覺到很溫馨。下次再到深圳，一定要再入住這家酒店。

Worst experience for the price, I booked breakfast and afternoon tea, the restaurant is not clean, even the cubs are not clean, as for breakfast it is not suitable for foreigners only for Chinese and the only option available for foreigners is eggs for $12 breakfast price ?! The room is old , the iron in my room were broken and ruined my shirt with water, it is true that the hotel is located in the middle of the electric market but there are other hotels in the middle of the market with much better service than this one and at the same price! I hope they improve the cleanliness of the hotel and services

Last minute booked this hotel which beside Huaqiangbei station/Mall華強北站/商場. The front receptionist who attended to me was Ms ZhuZhu朱朱,she was very helpful and courteous and facilitated my speedy check in process and even upgraded my room to 32 floors. The room was big and view to high rise building at ShenZhen深圳 was perfect. When i requested for iron, and she immediately activated the staff to assist to provide me with Iron and iron board within short period..Excellence service by 朱朱Zhu Zhu. She also provide me with wifi info, laundry and fitness info, the breakfast/ afternoon Tea and night snack timing as well. Pls conveyed my appreciation to her. The hotel location is extremely excellent beside 華強北 Mall. My room with pay breakfast which included after Tea and night snack. I did not try the night snack, but the breakfast and afternoon Tea meals were good. Good deal with this hotel- Huaqiang Plaza Hotel.

酒店入住體驗整體滿意！地理位置絕佳，樓下就是電子市場，附近商場餐廳很多。入住後房間沙發有點臟，告訴小高後小高處理及時，給我們升級了房間更換，服務態度溫和禮貌。房間樓層高視野好，值得推薦！小高的服務態度比國際五星級酒店好酒店有些房間比較舊需要執收整體入住體驗比較好晚間有免費宵夜
