The hotel is good for it’s price you can’t expect something super cool and clean. I was surprised about the people who are working there, very friendly, they helped me with everything. They made my staying pleasant. The location was good for me for my purpose and it’s near the seafront.

I did not even stay the night! I stayed in the room for a bit in the afternoon and came across baby cockroaches. When I returned later in the evening the bigger ones were out and crawling all over the room and across the bed. I would not recommend this hotel and I did not receive any refund.

Very bad service from the receptionist miss MAHA .she was absolutely rude and didn’t know how talk with the client.I booked by 訂房網站 .com,when I came at reception she told me she didn’t receive any booking by my name .Afterwards,Whenever I told her to communicate with the 訂房網站.com she refused and said 訂房網站.com is the third party company and she wasn’t authorised to communicate.but always used to a word is (third party )which sounds bad for a company I think,on top of that she told me the weren’t provide personal Amenities (such as toothbrush) later another night shift receptionist provided me this item..actually I am scared she wasn’t maintaining hotel authorities image in her job.I was very disappointed about her attitude.
