티나객잔에서 하호도협트레킹길 사이에 위치해있습니다 티나객잔 터미널까지 저희를 픽업와주셨고 안내도 매우 친절하게해주십니다 특히 주인아주머니가 매우 친절하고 영어로도 안내가능하십니다 이것저것 많이 챙겨주시고 편의를 봐주셔서 즐겁고 편안하게 묵고 갑니다 방도 깨끗하고 화장실이 크고 깔끔합니다 전기장판도 준비되어있어 너무편안하게 잘 잤어요. 조식도 로컬식으로 잘챙겨주셔서 즐거운 추억을 만들었습니다. 차마고도 뿐 아니고 호도협트래킹까지 생각하신다면 추천합니다

位置：位於虎跳峽景區內，不開車的我們坐大巴車到香格里拉虎跳峽（隧道口下車），託老闆叫個車即可進去民宿，20/人。周邊：步行可到下虎跳峽觀景（參考價格：當地嚮導30/人，也可自行前往），約車去上虎跳峽高路徒步都方便（參考價格：一輛車120，可坐4-6人，人均費用看拼車情況）環境：木式結構，院子裡、陽台都種滿了綠植，公共陽台有椅子可以坐，晚上吹著晚飯看夜空很不錯服務：老闆是鎮上小學的退休老師，阿姨負責搞衞生打雜（很熱情，慈祥），老闆的兒子負責掌廚伙食：晚餐點了紅燒氂牛肉、蒸雲腿、炒牛肝菌，味道都不錯（可以讓他們少放點鹽），還送了野生蘋果和梨，老闆自己備的南瓜籽也很香！早餐是訂房送的，提供粥、蒸土豆、玉米、雞蛋、煎餅蘸辣子，想吃其他也可自費點

Maybe long ago it was the great please, because it was the only one place to stay, but now you can find better for the same price across the road and better view. It's old, woody rooms are very dark and gloomy, with zero soundproofing. We had a mouse scratching and running around the whole night (but with wooden roof it's always like that so no surprise). breakfast quite poor

This guest house was my dream destination in China and it did not dissapoint. Aside from the amazing amazing environment the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. I was struggling to plan my trek, particularly with luggage storage and bus routes, but once I was here everything was so much easier. The husband drove me to Naxi guest house at the start of the upper trail and I walked the 6.5 hours back to the guesthouse, and was then able to join a guided tour down to the middle gorge the next day and really make the most of my three night stay here without worrying about logistics! I absolutely recommend this guest house as a place to crash after completing the upper trail or just as a supportive home base to explore the trails at your own pace. The scenery is breathtaking and the hospitality is amazing. I hope to return!

來虎跳峽徒步，選卓瑪民宿真是選對了！從房間陽台一探身，金沙江就在腳下奔騰，渾濁的江水撞在礁石上掀起白浪，那股子氣勢隔著老遠都能感受到，光是這視野就值回房價。白天徒步累了，傍晚坐在陽台吹著風看江景，喝口老闆遞來的酥油茶，渾身的疲憊都散了。老闆就是卓瑪阿姨，笑起來特別親切，見我們帶的行李多，主動來搭把手，還跟我們唸叨徒步路線裡哪段陡、哪處能歇腳，連哪裡能拍到最壯觀的江景都交代得明明白白。菜單也有意思，中西合璧得恰到好處。想吃藏式的，有熱乎乎的氂牛肉蓋被、糌粑粥；想換口味，三明治、煎蛋吐司做得也地道，分量足，價格還實在，比沿途其他客棧划算多了。最驚喜的是床品，看著簡單但摸著手感舒服，床單被套乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，徒步一天回來往床上一躺，簡直是治癒級享受。性價比是真高，住得舒服、吃得對味、老闆貼心，還能坐擁金沙江景，不管是中國人還是外國人，來虎跳峽徒步選這兒，準沒錯！

客棧性價比非常高。客棧靠近下虎跳峽。可以徒步直接下到金沙江邊，路比較難走但值得一去。老闆人特別好我們離開時開車送我們到汽車站。晚餐和早餐都在酒店吃的，不貴。味道也不錯。老闆娘卓瑪也非常熱情。酒店住了不少外國客人。卓瑪還會説一些簡單的英文。他們的女兒一位漂亮的藏族姑娘也在客棧幫忙。晚上坐在客棧的平台上，對面就是玉龍雪山。強力推薦。如果有需要幫忙，要找老闆。

We stayed 4days and had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us like slow traveller. The view spectacular. They helped us in many ways(hiking route, you can ask for hiking sticks for lower gorge, bus tickets etc) food was fresh and delicious( fried yak cheese& cabbage!) they offer us fruit as well. Warm host, pleasant experience indeed!
