睡過之後全身長紅疹 店家一點回應不做 説不是他們的問題，第一天入住的時候，地板特別臟跟沒有打掃一樣，踩得腳都是黑的，廁所暖風是壞的

首要吐槽最糟糕也不可以忍受的就是 噪音 噪音 噪音 看視頻 早晨六點不到就開始響 一直響不會停 真的讓人很奔潰 衞生的話 客觀來説 除了床上用品還行 其他衞生 真的一言難盡 圖二的簌口杯真的可以達到衞生標準嗎

Let me tell you about the hotel experience, starting with the room itself. The room was comfortably large for two adults and one small child, but I wouldn't recommend it for more people. The highlight was definitely the large projector, which was perfect for watching movies after a long day of sightseeing. The view of the river from the window was also very nice. The bed was comfortable but a bit small; it would have been nicer to have a queen-size bed instead of a double. The room had a slight smell—I'm not sure if it was from the cleaning products—but it was completely fine after I opened the large window. I can't say the same for the hallway and lobby, though, as both had an unpleasant smell. The hotel offers some gym equipment, as seen in the photo, but there is very little. Instead, I ended up renting a bike each day for my morning workout. Honestly, I believe Shanghai is one of the most beautiful places to bike, with so many wonderful things to see. Another thing I didn't like was that mid-stay, we stopped having hot water. I can only assume the cleaning person closed the hot water heater, as we had to reopen it to get hot water again. This is just something to keep in mind. The location is not the best, but it's actually great if you don't mind walking for 30-40 minutes or taking a taxi. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but it's easy to use a delivery app to get food right at your door. Overall, for the price we got on the app, the stay was good. The hotel didn't over-deliver but was as expected for the price. I wouldn't pay 700 RMB for the room, but with the discount, it's totally worth it if the hotel experience is not a top priority and you're just looking for a cheap, comfortable place to sleep. Also, the room wasn't super clean, but it was acceptably so.

離南浦大橋很近，江邊風景獨好，出門打車很方便。房間設施齊全，打掃乾淨整潔，商務旅行都可以。

還可以吧，就近找的，看了江景房，但2樓基本看不到江邊，一個小角，空間是夠的，就是服務人員態度非常一般

Hotel does not live up to it's name called loving home. Only plus is its location that is 'biking' distance to the bund otherwise will not choose this 'hotel'. Checked out next day although originally booked for many more days stay. When checking in, we waited for quite long for reception to notice our arrival and attend to us. Lobby has no decent space to stand (we walked in with only 2 human and 1 suitcase), as it was very clustered full of other random stuffs at its lobby area. Found one sofa to sit on while waiting and it was old and should be replaced soonest. Dislike to see notice to guest that ask for deposits for quite a few items which is supposed to be included in the room rates (see picture enclosed). When entered our room not only that it was not quite the same as photos seen online/expected. The river view was narrow and disgusted by the super dirty window. Looking out another window even has very unpleasant rubbish cluttered right outside of window. The whole apartment was dirty and it did not seem to have been cleaned up before our stay. Not to mentioned the toilet is the worst I ever seen!! Mould all over shower curtain, half hanging almost fall out, loosen taps and very dirty floor areas. Walls, kitchen, infact all areas are dirty. This place is a MUST AVOID especially the riverview room! I checked out next morning after a briefed sleep as i arrived near midnight on the check in day needed to rest. I then checked in to Ji Seasons hotel group with only a little higher price but totally peace of mind, comfortable stays for the rest of up days in Shanghai. Trip should review this accommodation of this standard to maintain your reputation.

房間設施齊全，衞生打掃乾淨，床單被套跟我住的大的連鎖酒店是一樣的，都是送洗滌廠洗的，下次來旅遊還會預訂在這裡。

看了好久，選了好久，這是第一次踩雷一家酒店。真的沒見過這麼簡陋的，釘個木架子，放個床墊，就是大床房了，甚至是直接把床墊頂著牆，連最起碼的床頭都沒有！當天去的時候有點晚了，打開門的一瞬間，直接懵圈！這是什麼房間？！？！想立馬退了換一家，但因為還帶的孩子，忍了又忍，就將就著吧，反正衹是晚上睡一覺。但是真的是我見過最無語的房間了。

每天價格不一樣，哎，上海物價高，吃不消，周邊再開發一點就好了，旅遊體驗一般……沒啥玩的，就是看建築，看風景。
