飯店的員工很友好，離開的時候，員工還送了我一個小禮物，很開心😃飯店房間十分乾淨。如果旅客有拉提行李，可以從人民廣場站3號口出來後，直行至來福士百貨對面，再過馬路到來福士百貨那一面。回程依原路線，從人民廣場16號出口下去地鐵站。這個16號出口才有向下的手扶梯喔！

大推這間酒店，雖然沒什麼人推薦但是乾淨+舒服工作人員都很好，很友善，我提早到酒店工作人員説沒有房還給我升級了房。真的太棒了。離開前還有伴手禮和小卡片真的感受到誠意。一晚價格也很平價了在上海❤️❤️❤️ 贊贊👍👍👍🥰

飯店位置方便，到主要的幾個景點距離都不會太遠。一樓就是全家便利商店，回房前採買很方便。服務人員態度非常好，雖然酒店不大，但賓至如歸，房間也很乾淨漂亮！

All rooms are clean with a good quality amenities. Room is not that big but we have a sufficient space for the luggage and very comfortable. Location is very convenient where it is pretty close to the train station (~400m perhaps). There’s the convenience store next to the hotel, and coffee shop. You can reach out to a business area, Nanjing street within a walkable distance for shopping. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel. It’s worth your money.

Cleanliness: the room was well-maintained and worth its price. Location: there are some considerations as below. 1. Access to metro - the location can be a bit struggling to access line 2 metro with the baggage. there are no escalator or elevator nearby that can get you down to the station. 2. Halal food - there are at least 2 halal restaurants across the Main Street. Service: good service overall with well-mannered staff. Amenities: there is no fridge in the room, but you could keep your food in hotel fridge. There’s also microwave oven to warm it. Washing machine and dryer are available with a fee. Right next is a family mart that you can buy food and stuff.

Some place you can just visit, stay, and leave, but surely Youli Hotel is a place where I will always cherish and be my 1st choice when staying in Shanghai. The hotel offers a decent room with generous facilities and great location. But what make us the most impressive is the support from receptionists here. They are ALL very helpful, especially Ms. Chen and the lady who tied a ponytail. (sorry that I can’t recall your name). They are prompt to assist, help us to upgrade the room when it’s available, making sure us receiving the best experience. Yet, they helped me a lot and keep following up with the airline when my baggage is delayed and in-need of local support. Thank you all for the most memorable stay and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Muri della stanza molto sporchi, struttura molto più vecchia di quello che appare nelle foto. La colazione non è gestita dall’hotel ma da un ristorante di fronte, viene dato un voucher di 20 rmb e la qualità del cibo è scarsa. Il personale gentile e disponibile è l’unica cosa positiva della struttura. Non vale i soldi spesi

We enjoyed our time at Youli. The room was great, big window. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean! They made the room every day and clean towels! There’s a wasmachine & dryer (just a small amount for both (17 rmb) great to have this at the hotel! They even helped us with the laundry when we were out for dinner! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they surprised us with the most delicious cake! So so so kind of them. Our stay at Youli was great, also the location was good; we walked to a lot of the places!

Camera sporca, piccola e non combaciava con quella che immaginavamo. Nella prenotazione c’era scritto che la stanza aveva letto matrimoniale con tutti gli accessori (spazzolino, sapone, rasoio ecc), nella realtà il letto è alla francese e non erano presenti gli accessori elencati ma c’erano solo le ciabatte. Il phone non funzionava, surriscaldava e si spegneva. Ne ho chiesto uno nuovo che mi è stato negato, mi è stato detto di riprovare con quello presente in stanza e che nel caso sarebbe stato cambiato in un secondo momento. Per la colazione danno un voucher da consumare di fronte all’hotel, peccato che non c’è nulla di buono da mangiare

飯店的員工很友好，離開的時候，員工還送了我一個小禮物，很開心😃飯店房間十分乾淨。如果旅客有拉提行李，可以從人民廣場站3號口出來後，直行至來福士百貨對面，再過馬路到來福士百貨那一面。回程依原路線，從人民廣場16號出口下去地鐵站。這個16號出口才有向下的手扶梯喔！
