民宿坐落於上海迪士尼商圈之內，交通便利，距離園區約五分鐘車程，民宿門口就是百畝桃園，獨門獨院左右有天然河道，河道河水清澈河裡有各種魚類，愛好垂釣的朋友閒暇之際可以自釣自燒別有一番樂趣。如果趕上桃花盛開時期那景色無限美好，身處百畝桃花 之中拍照留念意義非凡，桃子成熟時期帶著家人孩子或者朋友自己提著藍子，走進桃園自由採摘讓孩子體驗果農生活的樂趣。
民宿老闆是位年輕漂亮而且熱情好客的靚女，聖元居裝修風格理念超前，夏天院內超大泳池是孩子們歡樂的世界，大人可以坐在鞦韆上休閒自主看著孩子們玩耍，院子清爽乾淨，房間陽光充足，一百多平的客廳具備用餐、喝茶、唱歌以及網紅滑滑梯，非常適合公司聚會燒烤party、商業拍攝、以及家庭組合居住等等……
民宿改變了傳統飯店鳥籠式居住模式，把房間與天然美景結合為一體，清晨的鳥叫和夜晚的娃聲，彷彿把人帶回久違的大自然中，入住清馨幽舍會給你的旅途增加另外一個驚喜，使你的上海之行劃上舒心完美的句號。

很少給差評，這家店必須給，訂了兩天的房間，但是臨時有事，提早一天退房了，結果要扣100違約金，訂房網站用了那麼久，第一次遇見這樣的店家，地方偏遠，環境也差，真是噁心到了極點

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Disneyland. This homestay is very nice. I'm actually booking another room now for my friends. The reception girl drove us to the supermarket and restaurants twice during our stay. Very nice person.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming homestay near Disneyland Shanghai, and we can't stop raving about our delightful experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of enchanting. The guest house's location was just a short drive away from the Disneyland Shanghai resort, making it incredibly convenient to access the park. They will also give you a free ride and pick up from the park. The hospitality we received from the reception girl was top-notch. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make our stay unforgettable. The reception girl was always available to assist us with any inquiries and offered invaluable tips and recommendations for our visit to Disneyland Shanghai. It felt like they truly cared about our experience and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Overall, we cannot recommend this guest house enough for anyone planning a 訂房網站 to Disneyland Shanghai. Thank you from Mongolia.
