非常失望的一次入住體驗(上海人民廣場南京路店)
原本對全季印象一直很好,但這次入住真的讓我非常失望。
我們訂了 2晚、3間房。Check-in 時前台先問我們要不要付費升級,一間升級費 180元。在決定前,她先帶我們去看了房型,但後來實際給我們的房間,居然和當時看的完全不一樣,也跟預訂頁面的照片明顯不同。
因為覺得差別不大,我們最後選擇不升級。結果從拒絕升級後開始,前台態度明顯變差,還一直碎碎念,讓人感覺很不舒服。
更離譜的是後來安排的房間:
其中一間非常窄,窄到行李箱幾乎沒有地方打開,空間極度壓迫。
另一間被安排在很偏僻、走廊最裡麵的位置,房門外堆滿一大包一大包的物品,看起來像倉庫或雜物區,環境完全不像正常客房區域,還有一種悶悶、像很久沒人住的味道,讓人非常不舒服。
最讓我納悶的是後來我們去前台要求換房,對方竟然可以免費把很窄的房間“升級”,而原本像倉庫外面的那間,也被換回正常房型。
那我就真的想問既然一開始就有正常、符合預訂的房型,為什麼拒絕升級後,不直接安排給客人?為什麼先給一個極窄房、一個像倉庫旁邊的房間?
整個過程讓人很難不懷疑,是因為沒有選擇付費升級而被區別對待。
另外,當晚回酒店時,我們禮貌詢問是否可以拿礦泉水,前台態度依舊陰陽怪氣,説話方式讓人感覺很不舒服,服務體驗非常差。
坦白説,這次體驗完全刷新了我對全季的印象。酒店硬體可以接受,但服務態度和房間安排方式真的令人失望。下次不會再考慮這間,也希望酒店能重視前台服務品質和房間安排的公平性。
lVery Disappointing Stay (Shanghai People’s Square Nanjing Road Branch)
I’ve generally had a good impression of JI Hotel, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. During check-in, the front desk asked whether we wanted to pay for an upgrade, which cost RMB180 per room. Before deciding, we were shown a room type. However, the rooms we were eventually assigned looked completely different from what we were shown and did not match the booking photos either.
As we felt the difference wasn’t worth the extra charge, we politely declined the upgrade. From that point onward, the staff attitude noticeably changed and there were comments under their breath that made us feel uncomfortable.
What was even more disappointing was the room arrangement:
One room was extremely narrow so cramped that there was barely enough space to open luggage properly.
Another room was located at the very end of a secluded corridor, with large bags/items piled outside the room, making the area feel more like a storage or service space rather than a normal guest floor. There was also a stuffy smell, giving the impression that the room had not been occupied for quite some time.
What confused me the most was this: after we went back to request a room change, the hotel was suddenly able to “upgrade” the tiny room for free and move the room near the storage-like area to a proper room.
This naturally raises a question:
If suitable rooms matching our booking were available all along, why were we not assigned those rooms from the beginning? Why were we first placed in an extremely cramped room and another room beside what looked like a storage area?
It is difficult not to feel that guests who decline paid upgrades may be treated differently.
Later that night, we politely asked if we could take bottled water, but the staff’s tone again felt sarcastic and unwelcoming, which made the overall service experience even worse.
To be honest, this stay completely changed my impression of the hotel. The facilities themselves were acceptable, but the service attitude and room arrangement were deeply disappointing. I would not consider staying at this branch again and sincerely hope management pays more attention to fairness in room allocation and customer service quality
