We recently stayed in this hotel and was impressed by the spacious room, which was well-furnished and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room's layout and decor made it feel like a relaxing retreat. Overall, a great stay.

Very catchable location for travelers and also having all varieties of food and neat maintenance of rooms and services

I recently stayed at Sm Deccan Park, located near the airport, and was disappointed with the service. Despite informing them 12 hours in advance about my late check-in, my room wasn't ready on time. When I arrived at 1 am, the manager was unprofessional and unfriendly. He asked me to wait for 15 minutes to complete formalities without even a greeting. I was surprised by the lack of courtesy, especially considering I had given them advance notice. The rooms were average, and the washroom was messy. The location near the airport might be convenient for some, but the taxi charges to and from the city were steep Given the experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here. For similar taxi rates, it's better to stay in normal city areas with more amenities and better service. Perhaps the hotel can work on improving its customer service and facilities to provide a more pleasant stay for its guests.

Room is very dirty. AC leaking. Except free DTH channel no other channel working and even after so many request they had not recharged. No towel in the room. I called many time but they have not provided.

The location is optimum according to the facilities available and it's one way to airport so best suited for early flights too, as of the food it is well executed and mannerly served with reasonable price too, the amenities is cleaned and up to the marks. Services are the highlight of the hotel, I am satisfied with the receptionist and other staff's to make my stay comfortable
