It’s near from Airport, but so far city center. Room was somewhat clean, but washroom have water delivery problem. Most shocking was breakfast; I stayed 3nights, each day’s breakfast was terrible!!! Amenities were so so as!!!

Check in counter manned by inexperienced staff couldn’t even sure of my booking & payment status. Misled by site about breakfast included - while in actual fact none available; there wasn’t even a restaurant onsite!

Inappropriate cleaning in the room. Blanket and pillow covers having some bad smelling and black, brown spots were observed on blanket feels like not washed properly

Room was not good, washroom is in bad condition and very poor response from Hotel Staff. However, the breakfast was good.

Hotel location was nice but hotel rooms were Ok, breakfast was not that good, rest staff was quite good and friendly. We liked the stay. Good hotel for its price.

In rooms Tea kettle was kept but no tea bags, milk, Sugar, coffee pouches kept. In Executive rooms for 2 guests only single Towle given. No bathroom accessories like shampoo ,body wash, shaving kit. Ac and fans are not working properly.

Our stay was not good in hotel eagle grand hyderabad.outside the room is clean but inside the room all places corners tables are uncleaned.and they don't provide kettle and tea packets in one room .our father is very old he can't sleep in foam mattress .ask for hard mattress which can lay down in floor but they ask 800 rs extra for this.so we denied..mattress should be free for senior citizen ..very poor stay.

Location of the hotel is good and cleanness 4/5. But i didn't able to take complementary breakfast till 8:00 am as it was not supposed to ready at that time. I was already in a hurry to pick my flight. Overall stay was good.
